シャワー室の水が漏水

Average Hilton, definitely not high end enough for the price point. Food way too expensive. $35 for basic buffet breakfast is unconscionable, especially for a basic hotel. Pool was dirty. Should definitely anticipate pool activity based on the number of bookings and treat with chemicals accordingly. Would not stay again.

There were mixed opinions within our group—some felt their rooms were fine, but my experience was quite different. My room smelled musty, as if it had been closed off for months, and the bathroom had a persistent odor of old urine that lingered despite being cleaned. The hotel’s food was actually pretty good, but the restaurant closing at 10 p.m. was a big letdown. Right after checking in, we even looked online for alternative accommodations, but unfortunately, there were no other rooms available to switch to. Given the circumstances, my family and I decided to tough it out and stay for the full five days.

This property while close to businesses and entertainment areas in Port of Spain, it is nicely tucked away to offer guests a relaxing get away, the property is clean and kept, the room is clean and comfortable, staff are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was wonderful with a nice layout of options, vegetarian and gluten free options included. Also, there are restaurants onsite that you can get lunch or dinner.

The whole experience was delightful, front desk clerk Stephan hope that’s his name , was very helpful. Pool bartender Michael who I had the opportunity to deal with when I was there last September, was again the best at his job . Matter of fact all the bartender’s at the pool area job well done.

The carpet in the room was not clean and caused allergic reactions. Customer service was great though

The property is a home away from home for us. We love staying at the Hiilton and the pool is the draw. It's huge and we enjoy spending lazy days by the pool.

Always a pleasant stay, the staff here are wonderful. The hotel is in desperate need of an update. The rooms are worn and it shows.

The one thing that separates this hotel from the rest on the island is the amazing view of the city, my stay was ruined however when my my iPhone charging cords were stolen and switched out with one that didn’t work by housekeeping, I notified security and insisted that they were not to be let back into my room. I would like to thank security supervisor Antillio Britto and Miss Sherelle Noel from the front desk for their assistance, Mr. Britto eventually brought me a charging cord as a replacement for the one that was stolen. Apart from The negative experience, the only other concern is a policy at the hotel that requires you to have exact payment when dining because change is not provided, if your meal is three hundred and twenty TTD and you pay four hundred TTD, you are told that the hotel doesn’t provide change (I’m not even sure if that’s legal)..The courtesy of both staffers mentioned and their willingness to correct my unfortunate situation does shed a positive light on my experience but a 4 star hotel with untrustworthy staff might as well be a 1 star hotel…just my opinion.

Hilton is a lovely hotel but is overdue a refresh of the rooms. The communal areas are all beautiful but the rooms are a little bit tired. What saves the hotel is that every room has a balcony and that there are birds in the morning. One morning I had the pleasure of waking up to wild macaws and parakeets that were clearly visible from my balcony. Coming from the UK that helped me overlook some of the tiredness of the room!

The property is very run down, the bed was very dirty and i changed my room 3times to a point i gave up. It was supposed to be a relaxing stay for my wifes baby moon but there was nothing relaxing about this stay. I cannot believe hilton would allow its name to go down like this.you are charged top dollar for the stay and it felt like a motel. The amenities are fine, the staff can only do so much but the worst absolute experience ever. I had to take all my clothes to dry cleaning due to the condition of the rooms
