Security man isn’t good inside hotel !

Rooms were highly scented. Smelling of cigarette smoke in hallways. Language barrier… difficulty in communicating with restaurant staff.

Nous avons passez un excellent moment avec mon conjoint dans votre hôtel , le service est très serviable , je recommande vivement .

I will start in the positive: hotel so nice,clean,pool and beach are amazing ,food is delicious. The negative : when I arrive to the hotel,they didn't recieve the book from expedia, I show them The confirmation number and receipt,they let me wait 1 hour and half, and when I talk in aggressive way that this not way to deal with cleint especially that not my problem whats happening between expedia and the hotel ,so they gave me the room. 2nd , when I was leaving, one employee asked me if I gave the key room to the reception and what is my room Number!!!! Is that normal? I didn't left from the main gate,I left from monoprix side since my nephew was waiting me that side. You ask all your cleints if they gave the key? You think im running away!!!! In Overall its nice hotel ,just need to train staff about customer service and way of dealing with clients.

Carthage Thalasso is a very nicely maintained property with the right accents to remind you where you are. Staff is very welcoming.

I really enjoyed swimming in beach. Good service, quiet, dining options.

Our annual anniversary weekend getaway at Carthage Thalasso: All is well except for the pool “director” who gives everyone the hardest time about sitting in the cabanas around the pool deck; he saves those for his friends. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and work hard!

Despite the fact that the an employee in charge of reservations named Sofiene new that I had made the reservations for my wife and her sister he is still gave my wife a difficult time to check in and then made a romantic pass at my wife by saying "if you had Sofiene in your life you wouldn't have to go through this"

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Piscine d’eau de mer excellente et splendide

All went well again in this resort, but the swimming pool is only open on day schedule, if ever you're working, and if you want to have a swimm after 19h, it's not allowed... They also gave the management of the sea loundge to a private team, so you can't put bills on your room and needs to pay right away which is strongly unconfortable when you are just wearing your swimming clothes !

Magnifique hôtel et surtout le personnel qui est très accueillant et très agréable 😍 je recommande cette hôtel pour sa propreté et son calme et le vaste choix d activités surtt pour les enfants (toboggan et pescine et jardin avec des jeux) la plage est juste paradisiaque 😍 merci encore une fois au personnel et surtout au femme de ménage ❤️
