Overall its ok to stay only good things there are swimming pool and animation show was good

Würde das Hotel nie wieder besuchen und niemals weiterempfehlen. Ich lege Expedia nahe das Hotel nicht an deutsche Gäste anzubieten.

Terrible experience, room wasn't ready at the the check-in time, rooms are not clean at all, old bedding and beds, during all my stay there’s no towels, no wifi, no phone in the room, no housekeeping during the day

Location - perfect for the beach but that’s about all that you can do as it is close to nothing else . It is a remote location and you have to take a private yellow taxi everywhere. The Bedouin village tour is not worth it because it is not ann authentic setting but built as a tourist stop - the camel ride is the only enjoyable experience albeit short . If you speak ENGLISH - do not go to this hotel as it does not cater for you only French German and Arabic . The staff is the saving grace of this hotel because they keep it alive and entertaining . The lifeguards are great , the male waiters in the dining hall and the bar man at the poolside bar ! When we left we wanted our towel deposit back but the man at reception said the cashier is not here so what must I do ?? Very unhelpful !!!

Nous avons réservé avec Trivago comme nous le faisons chaque fois, l'accueil à la réception était nul, après avoir parlé avec le gerant on a eu 1 chambre avec un lit modifié en lit double sinon on aurait dormis dans 2 petits lit simple, malgré la modification jai dormis dans le creux pour être près de mon mari. L'hôtel n'était pas complete comme on nous a fait croire. Nous sommes hors saison mi-octobre, je comprends qu'ils ferment des sections mais parceque on a réservé d'un site on nous a donné la pire chambre au rez-de-chaussée sous-sol -2 au bout complètement avec vue sur un mur et cul-de-sac. La chasse d'eau de la toilette ne fonctionne pas, porte patio qui ne barre pas, serviette de bain souillés douillette du lit recouvert de tâches jaunâtres. Télé désuète et propreté moyenne de la chambre. 107$ / nuit en canadien ce n'est quand même pas un si bas prix pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. Le buffet de hier soir etait correcte mais dejeuner médiocre pas grand chose que les omelettes et crêpes. Par chance au restaurant le service est bon par celui qui s'est occupée de notre table durant notre séjour. Sinon très mauvaise expérience nous rayons le El Mouradi dans nos choix futur.
