Amazing stay at El Mouradi Palace, Sousse! Stayed Jan 2–18 for my honeymoon and a small party—everything was perfect. Great staff, highly trained managers, excellent security, beautiful rooms, and the food was outstanding (very experienced chef team). I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels worldwide, but this one is special. Recommend Full Board—the food is amazing. Thanks to Mr. Sahbe (Duty Manager) for his kindness and hospitality.

If you’re looking for a hotel in Tunisia that can truly handle honeymoon, birthday parties, family gatherings, or events, El Mouradi Palace in Sousse is a perfect choice. I stayed January 2–17, and the level of service impressed me from day one.
The team is outstanding—professional staff, highly trained managers, and a welcoming attitude everywhere. The food was excellent throughout my stay, with a chef team that clearly knows what they’re doing—fresh, flavorful, and consistently high quality. Rooms were very nice, and the security is excellent, which added a lot of comfort and peace of mind.
I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels across different countries, but this hotel offers something different: strong management, great people, great food, and a memorable atmosphere. I hosted a small party there and spent my honeymoon at the hotel, and I’m very grateful for how well everything was handled.
Thank you to every employee who works there—and a special thank-you to Mr. Sahbe (Duty Manager) for his hospitality and kindness.
Tip: Book Full Board—the food is amazing.

One good thing of this hotel is swimming pool. You can enjoy this pool. I have strongly complained about this hotel as following:
1: Hotel staff makes us wait for check-in about 1 hour. Terrible. They said "two seconds", We waited 3600 seconds. Other customers also wait for check-in for a long time.
2: smell bad in room.
3: Car service which they assigned driver was so bad. This driver suddenly said "I am not driver for you. I wait for other driver at this point". He stopped car, we wait for other driver for long time. But, next driver was so kind, though he could not speak English.

El Mouradi Palace in Sousse is truly something special. I stayed January 2–17 and had an unforgettable experience. The staff are amazing, the managers are highly trained, and the service feels like real 5-star hospitality. The food was outstanding—clearly handled by a very experienced chef, and every dish was delicious. The rooms were very nice, and security was perfect.
I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels in different countries, but this hotel is different in the best way. I celebrated a small party here and also spent my honeymoon at the hotel—everything was handled beautifully.
Highly recommended for honeymoon, birthdays, family meetings, and any event. My advice: book Full Board—the food is amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Sahbe (Duty Manager) for his hospitality and kindness.

J’étais satisfaite de mon séjour , très belle vue chambre confortable stuff accueillant et un grand merci au réceptionniste Tayeb qui nous a accueilli le 1er jour il était très gentil et la femme de chambre aussi

The hotel is ok. Most days no clean towels on the room and cleaning was to the bare minimum on the room. No accommodation for gluten and lactose intolerance at the restaurant. Extremely crowded and super noisy. Some staff super nice but others not so much. Wouldn't stay again.

Entre les pbl de saleté et de clim qui fuit mes debuts ont ete chaotiques.
