The hotel wifi is strong. My flight was delay so I arrived at hotel AM5 but they do the early-checkin. But they say no problem n no need money. Very good staff! Shkran!

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. They went out of our way to make our stay great. The communal areas all had the wow factor. The room was well set out, but very dated with broken cupboard doors. There weren't many plugs either, but luckily we had brought an adapter. The food was OK and the selection was different each day. The view and surrounding area made up for any defects in the room. We loved this place! We stepped into our balcony in the morning to look down at the swimming pool and out into the desert. It was particularly exciting when we realised we could see camels too. We had a lovely time in Tozeur and really enjoyed our stay. Information for future guests: we had to pay a deposit for a safe key and for a kettle for the room (both were returned when we left).

All are good.

The door of the balcony does not lock. The towels do not smell clean at all. Food is not good.

Our room was clean, spacious with a big bathroom. The balcony door could not lock The hotel is dated, however, the condition of the hotel matches the price, it met the expectations Hotel had beautiful dates palms in front of the hotel, full of ripe dates. Having a beer on the restaurant terrace after a long day was nice. Smoking in the restaurant was not not nice

Le personnel est très agréable

Personnels accueillants et serviables le calme et l’environnement exceptionnel autour de l’hôtel,les repas sont corrects et variés les chambres sont fonctionnelles mais manques d’entretien plutôt 3 étoiles et non 4 à rénover!

Le petit déjeuner c’est catastrophique

Une honte! Vols d’argents a l’arrivée on nous demande une taxe de séjour de 12 dinars alors que celle ci a déjà été payer dans notre réservation. Très décevant, ne vaut réellement pas un 4 étoiles mais seulement 1 étoile pour l'extérieur Il semble abandonné. . Le reste: pas de ménage effectué dans notre chambre, chambre et salle de bain insalubres ,frigo ne fonctionnent pas Serviettes et draps usés Dans la pièce, il y avait des câbles qui sortaient du mur sans aucune boîte le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon du tout et limité aucun fruit même pas de datte le pdj fini a 9h!! climatisation non fonctionnelle.De plus, il y avait des bruits constants venant du couloir (chariots, voix, cris) Conseils pour tous les voyageurs, évitez cet hôtel et si vous y allez .personnel dépassé et perdu, direction à la limite du correct, pas de geste commercial. Attention aux suppléments qui vont vous rajouter en arrivant .Je payerai pour mon fils 198 dinar pour un lit cassé il dort sur deux planches plus de taxe de séjour qui était inclus sur Expedia Dans la chambre, les murs sont couverts de toutes sortes de traces (de mains, de chaussures, de saleté) et ça juste à côté du lit. Poussière, couverture de lit défraîchie, literie vraiment inconfortable et décoration qui date et qui a vécue. En plus de ça, malheureusement ne comptez pas sur la gentillesse du personnel qui n’est ni agréable, ni serviable Dommage Tozeur est une belle région avec de super activités cet hôtel nous a gâché notre escapade

Frequento la catena da anni , mi sono sempre trovato bene. A Tozeur è la prima volta, personale gentile, cibo buono e camerieri disponibili. Piscina pulitissima

Hôtel très sympa - chambre spacieuse. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit, mais c'était très bien Très bon conseil au niveau de l'accueil pour des activités à faire autour de Tozeur!

Hôtel propreté, sécurité, personnel et variétés pour petits déjeuners et dîners. À y retourner. Merci à vous TOUS.

This place may have been lovely at one point, but that was at 30-40 years ago, and I don’t think anything has been updated since. My room was dusty, the bathroom had chipped tiles in the floor, the bathtub/shower was gross, the stool at the mirror had HEAVY rust on the legs, the furniture in the room was LITERALLY falling apart, electrical sockets didn’t work, and half the lights didn’t work. The whole place smells like cigarettes. I’ve admittedly stayed in worse places than this on my travels around the globe, but this is definitely up there. You are better off booking somewhere else.

On a reçu un tres bon service le personnel a l'accueil monsieur Wajdi professionnel et tres respectueux, y a n'as pas de souci., il peut tout vous arranger., en de besoin .

Grande chambre avec terrasse et vue sur piscine très propre. Mobilier et couchage fatigués

Généralement bien a part le service au petit déjeuner, table non montée, nappe non changée et manque de jus frais et fruit
