ゴルフ ロイヤル ホテル

シャワールームのガラスが隙間があり、シャワー浴びると脱衣場に水が溜まり不衛生ですし、シャワー浴びるたびに毎回タオルで拭かないといけないので嫌でした。

一階はクラブみたいなイベントやっててタバコ臭かった。部屋も所々、お風呂とか汚れてた

観光スポットにも近く便利です。

Very nice staff

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially thanks to the lady at the reception. She was very friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She helped me with everything I needed and always had a smile on her face. Her excellent customer service made my stay much more pleasant. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!

The bathroom really needs a fresh up it was dirty around the corners. The breakfast was not that good unfortunately.

Hotel is close to old Medina, walking distance, safe area to walk. Rooms are ok, although dated. No AC in the room, apparently switching season before cold weather!!?? AC was working in the restaurant where breakfast was served. We had to change a room because it was above the bar, and very loud music goes until 2 a.m!?

It’s very quiet

Hotel itself in a good location and all the amenities are nearby. Our room was on the 1st floor but Friday and Saturday on the ground floor they do live music and the sound was very loud which disturbed all of our sleep. Breakfast was good. All the staffs from reception to breakfast room including house keeping everyone was so nice and friendly. Room itself was good and clean. After one night sleep I had requested to change my mattress because it was so soggy and they changed it immediately. Train station is about 10/12 minutes walk away but Louage ( Local mini bus station) is 20/25 minutes walk away. Madina (Old Town) is about 20/25 minutes walk away from the hotel. Local people might know the short cut and it could take less time.

I didn't stay there because it wasn't good.

Hôtel très bien placé, calme et confortable

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schmutzig. Unsere Bettdecken hatten bei der Ankunft viele Flecken darauf. Erst nach dem die Putzkraft am nächsten Tag kam, haben wir saubere Bettwäsche erhalten. Beim Check-In gab es auch einige Probleme. Angeblich wurde unsere Reservierung, durch eine von uns nicht gesendete Mail storniert. Trotz mehrfachen Schilderung (Beweise vorgelegt, Rechnung gezeigt) wurde das Problem auf den nächsten Tag verschoben und uns erlaubt für die Nacht zu bleiben. Beim Check-out gabs anscheinend keine Probleme mehr, bzw. wurde nach nichts gefragt. Wir hatten das Gefühl der Mann am Schalter wollte uns einfach abziehen.

The bathroom had hair (women's and men's) all over the floor! It wasn't like the picture I saw when I booked~ thought it had a tub😕 The bed was hard! I cleaned the floor and shower myself as it was the last day of my trip to Tunisia and I was tired. I didn't find the Lady at the desk to be very friendly. But the next day after checking out they did let me keep my luggage there while I explored the area one last time! I was grateful got that!!

Quiet,comfortable and very close to the Medina.The staff were very pleasant and agreeable.Would not hesitate to recommend.

Proximity to the airport

Var kun en natt på dette hotellet som ligger veldig sentralt i Tunis. Kommer tilbake!
