オテル ラ メゾン ブランシェ

年配の男性のメガネをかけたスタッフですが、もちろん私の理解が不十分で全ては私が悪いのですが、朝食で20TND×2かかったのと、後は残りなんの支払いかわからんけど、合計で60TNDチェックアウトの際に支払いを求められました。 まず何故カードが使えなかったのかが疑問。この時点で手持ちは40TND、現地通貨余してもしゃーないのでチップとして20TNDを部屋に置いてあったの20TNDを部屋に戻り足してなんとか支払い。これで空港までのタクシー代は無くなり、なおかつ円を両替できる最寄の場所まで2ｋｍでフライトまで時間も無く完全に詰み状態。これはもちろん理解の足りない私の悪いということを前提に、せめて両替先までTND貸してくれと頼みましたが、ニヤニヤした顔で断られ。まぁ、総じて私が悪いからそりゃあそうなんだけどさ。あのニヤニヤした顔は一生忘れない。情けとうものはないのかね。

部屋は広くてとっても素敵！ 部屋の雰囲気も豪華でとってもくつろげます。 ワイヤレスのネットも無料で使えて便利でした。 レストランもとても雰囲気がよく、おいしかったです！ 確かにチュニス中心からはちょっと外れてますが、チュニスはタクシー代も安く、新市街中心部や観光ポイントに行くにも、タクシーでだいたい200円以内でいけるので、全く問題ありませんでした。 チュニスに行くときは、また利用したいです。

Property for the most part was clean and staff were friendly. Hotel is older and it shows. However it had great character which you won't find in newer hotels which are cookie cutter these days. Don't shy away from this one!!!

Cet hôtel présente des aspects contrastés, à la fois positifs et négatifs. L'établissement semble avoir connu son apogée dans les années 60, offrant un luxe cinq étoiles avec une décoration harmonieuse, des sanitaires en marbre, des ornements et un souci du détail. Cependant, plusieurs points faibles ont été relevés. L'absence inacceptable de système de chauffage dans les chambres en novembre est problématique. De plus, les chambres doubles ne sont équipées que d'une seule couette, et la demande d'une couette supplémentaire pour une personne âgée de 92 ans n'a initialement abouti qu'à la fourniture d'un simple drap, nécessitant une insistance notable pour obtenir satisfaction. L'absence de piscine, de spa ou même d'un simple sauna constitue également un inconvénient. En revanche, l'établissement se distingue par l'excellence de son petit-déjeuner, disponible de 6h30 à 10h30. L'emplacement est également idéal, à seulement 5 minutes en taxi du centre-ville. Le point le plus positif réside dans la qualité du personnel, de la réception aux services en chambre et au restaurant, qui s'est montré extrêmement serviable et aimable. Il est impératif que les propriétaires envisagent des aménagements afin de restaurer le prestige d'antan, car le potentiel de cet établissement est unique.

O quarto que nos foi oferecido estava com um cheiro muito ruim e o ar condicionado não funcionava, após reclamarmos fomos mudados de quarto e sim ficou bem melhor! Ao redor do hotel há muitos bancos mas ao caminharmos um pouco achamos restaurantes.

Cleanness is ok, staff helpful and friendly, air conditioning OK, area nearby different shops, some restaurants and cafes may available If you want to sleep for some late time, it will be very hard, due to noisy area starting from dawn

The room was very nice, beautiful and large, staff was attentive and helpful. My only complaint was that I smelled smoke. I’m not sure where it was coming from because it’s a non smoking hotel.

The location is okay although I didn't find choices of restaurants. The room is spacious and you can see the theme as once grand before and now it looks outdated. They don't provide much amenities and their towels are not in good condition. The bed is good and clean. overall..this hotel is okay for the price.

very poor AC, bit run down, too much street noise, large room, bit isolated, no on site parking, staff were Ok.

This 5 star hotel is bit far from city close to airport breakfast it's ok not the best dinner also is ok.tje only problems is they have some kind of problem with the air-condition I believe they need to fit new units not the old system as did never work the room too hot during the summer there is little fridge in your room at nights sometimes disco so loud no way you can sleep.

Hôtel de fonctionnement très bizarre, il tourne à l’appui d’une taverne / bar au jour et des vieilles larges chambres la nuit, il n’a pas aucun critère de cinq étoiles, ni piscine, ni club, ni restaurant, ni réception, ni snack… un vieux petit hôtel qui ne mérite pas plus de deux étoiles.

Good stay. I arrived in first week of May. Room I paid for was Junior suite. Only problem was it had no ac or fan options, as they said it is not summer yet and they are in winter months? Temperature was around 20 at night and 24-26 during the day. Things maybe out of their control: Lots of noise too because it was Saturday night and another hotel nearby had a rooftop bar which was playing loud music. I requested room change which was done quickly, and now I was on the road side … 5/6 am onwards noise outside woke me up. I suppose that can happen to anyone. But, service was absolutely good. Breakfast was budget buffet but good enough for me. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/7 from me, maybe 8 if the service of night reception and morning (Hamza) is to take in account. They went out of their way to make it comfortable for me. Thank you guys!

Both their Doors to the hallway and the Doors/windows facing the street was in such a condition that every Little sound came through, so Even though I stayed at the fifth floor, we could hear the traffic,horns, people talking/shouting, Doors closing and opening etc.. just so much noise all night. Definitely a shock considering this is supposedly a 5-star hotel. Concierge was mad because we did not need help with bags. Only one key to room although 2 people(small issue). Definitely my worst night in Tunisia so far although I go every year. If you want a pleasant stay with good service, and a calm night, do not Pick this hotel. Interior design was nice, the room was very large, and bed large and comfortable also, if Only it had been quiet enough to enjoy it.

Definitely not 5 stars, more like a 2 star, expedia needs to check the properties regularly. The reception staff are rude n not professional, changed rooms 3 times as its filthy n aged, breakfast was mostly unfresh only croissants were fresh
