Tout était parfait

Upon arrival at Iberostar Eolia Selection, we were somewhat disappointed. Nobody came to greet us or assist with our luggage, and when we were handed our room key, no information was provided about the hotel’s activities, where to collect beach towels, or other essential details one would expect from a 5-star establishment. The first impression, unfortunately, did not reflect 5-star service. As our stay went on, however, things improved significantly. Mimita, Lamia, and Rim at reception were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel more welcome. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas were beautiful, offering a wide selection of delicious food. That said, clearer labeling of dishes, desserts, and fresh juices would be very helpful, as many items were unlabeled. The staff were consistently cheerful, attentive, and eager to help. It would also enhance the experience to have someone at the restaurant entrance to guide guests through the buffet and highlight special offerings such as the outdoor BBQ, which we only discovered by chance. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The true highlight, though, was the beach. Always kept clean and orderly thanks to Kursiya, who was incredibly attentive and always ready to help us find a sunbed. The sea itself was stunning crystal-clear with a brilliant aqua-turquoise hue.

Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié c'est la chambre avec tout le confort nécessaire peignoir chausson sèche-cheveux etc. La gentillesse du personnel et le ménage fait. Concernant les repas assez de plats variés

Tout est beau,bon ,propre , paisible … Personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable , et très compétent !! Chambres magnifiques, extérieur splendide et surtout de nuit SPA top ,soins parfaits, Cuisine variée, délicieuse, on est accueilli comme des rois !!

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt! Alles war perfekt – das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essensangebot war riesig und von hervorragender Qualität, da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Der Strand ist wunderschön, sauber und ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Auch die Animation war großartig – abwechslungsreich, aber nie aufdringlich. Unsere Kinder hatten riesigen Spaß, und auch wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können! Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Wit hatten einen tollen entspannten Urlaub zu zweit. Hotel war toll, essen stets lecker und das Personal i.d.R. zuvorkommend. Einige kleinere Mankos (Verfügbarkeit sauberer Tische auf der Außenterrasse, Essen musste fast immer nachgesalzen werden, Verfügbarkeit der Salz- und Pfefferstreuer, schwankender Barservice hinsichtlich Coctailqualität) haben aber den Spaß und die anderen tollen Aspekte des Hotels nicht ruiniert. Chegamos um dia depois do que pagamos, o nosso voo foi cancelado e tivemos muita dificuldade x a companhia Tunísian Air. Avisei o hotel do ocorrido, mas qdo chegamos nosso quarto não estava disponível, depois de hs na recepção, cansadas o problema foi solucionado c um quarto temporário a contra gosto das recepcionistas. Depois q nosso quarto ficou pronto, no primeiro dia esqueceram de fazer arrumação, no segundo dia acordamos c uma infestação de formigas. As pessoas no hotel fora a recepção são extremamente simpáticas, mas na hora que contamos que éramos brasileiras e estávamos só em duas mulheres, sentimos um excesso de liberdade e brincadeiras por parte da equipe de recreação e garçons. Começamos a nos sentir extremamente incomodadas com isso. O hotel é lindo. As piscinas são excelentes, a comida maravilhosa mas a praia é lotada de sargaço. Peço ao hotel que oriente seus funcionários a terem mais cuidado c mulheres que vão sem homens, nem todas estão ali afim de “brincadeiras”.

Très bien Juste l’odeur de la chambre était vrmt horrible une odeur de produit pour tuer les insectes ou cafards. Ça sentait très fort et rien a été fait malgré plusieurs demandes. Nous avons essayé de joindre la réception à plusieurs reprises durant notre séjour très compliqué d’avoir quelqu’un au bout du fil. Sinon le. Personnel est top très accueillant très gentil . Juste un petit conseil il serait judicieux lors de l’accueil de nous faire une petite visite de l’hôtel Mais à part ça merci à vous pour tout Nous recommanderons votre hotel

Very positive: Professionalism and politeness of the whole staff, in particular the restaurant management and the room service. Very tolerant and multilingual staff overall. Very good also the renovated parts of the hotel, the garden, the garden pavillon and the hotel-own beach, as well as the extensive selection of food and drinks in the all- inclusive category. Good: Overall rating of renovated 3rd floor inner garden view court- facing rooms is good: spacious, lots of storage space & areas, good mattress, sofa lounger can be used as additional adult bed, clean, good ar conditioning, natural ventilation & temperature regulation, enough sun and light in the room, nice balcony, nicely moderate & tasteful evening entertainment. Room for improvement: Separate "toilet- cabinet" much too small and lacking air & space for individual necessities, changeable water temp in shower, unpractical wall-mounted bottle opener, noticeable moist scent in ground-level rooms & corridors, lack of airport transfer service, lack of hotel-managed/hotel-arranged excursion program. No supermarket, choice of shops & restaurants in the near vicinity, no interesting sights in the surroundings, unattractive walking on the land side. Very negative: We had to change rooms twice during the first 2 days. The 1st offered ground floor garden view room had a moist scent and lacked sunlight. The 2nd street-facing 3rd floor room was unbearably loud from midnight to 4 AM due to a disco right across the street.

L’hôtel est bien situé, au bord de la mer. Les chambres (suite junior) en rez-de-jardin sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le staff est très sympa et serviable. Merci à Rim pour sa disponibilité. Concernant les points d’amélioration : - l’accueil a été long et bâclé. Je suis arrivé il y a avait qu’une personne en réception alors que nous étions plusieurs à arriver. On nous installe dans le lobby, on nous donne une boisson sans rien nous dire à part d’attendre la. On prend notre passeport. On nous donne une tablette avec des infos à compléter (alors que ça avait déjà été demandé par mail) et on nous appelle à l’accueil pour payer la taxe de séjour. On nous explique où est la chambre et les heures des repas. Et basta. Peut-être qu’un tour de l’hôtel et de ses installations aurait pu être proposé surtout qu’il y avait beaucoup de bagagistes dans le hall ? Une explication des activités à faire dans l’hôtel et en dehors ? - centre de thalasso fermé pour travaux. Pas d’information au moment de la réservation. J’ai choisi cet établissement pour ça à la base. - pas de peignoir en junior suite. C’est dommage. - les piscines en extérieures ne sont pas chauffées… fin novembre, elles sont glacées. - la piscine intérieure ferme tôt (18h).

Bel hotel bien rénové, chambre spacieuse. Grande plage immense. Piscine très agréable, d'autant qu'elle est proche de la mer, donc on peut passer de l'une à l'autre sans marcher. Un point fort la qualité de la nourriture au buffet
