Good location close to the beach,clean room and friendly staff.

Chambre belle et propre, mais tres mal insonorisé. L’accueil est froid, et peu serviable, dommage.

We had a spacious room with a fantastic view. Our house keeper Dalila was the best. Unfortunately the quality of the food has decreased since our last visit.

Excellent hotel, nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect (hotel staff, entertainment team, etc.). Definitely a perfect place to stay.

L'hotel est calme et propre. De plus, le personnel est très aidant, agréable, serviable et à l'ecoute. Un merci particulier à Mohamed à la réception, Momo et Amine à l'animation et toute l'equipe de la restauration pour le très bon service. La nourriture est très bonne et variée. Je recommande Marhaba Beach très fortement.

I booked this as a solo trip for my birthday. I sought out this hotel and was very excited for my stay. However, my experience wasn't the best. Upon arrival to the room, there was a cockroach above the bathroom door. This was dealt with swiftly by the cleaning team. However, over the course of the next few hours I had more run ins with cockroaches. They were outside my door, I heard them scurrying under the dresser and bed, in the bath and even dropping from the vent. The team informed me they were harmless and sprayed my room twice with bug spray, but they were still present. I spoke to the front desk and asked if I could be moved to a different room and was told this was not possible as there were no more rooms available and I was to come back in the morning to check again. So I booked another hotel as there was no way I was sleeping with the roaches and asked the front desk to book me a taxi to my new hotel. I was then shown by the man at the front desk and the manager, a total of 3 different rooms that were available and prompted to cancel my (non-refundable) new hotel room. I spoke with others staying at the hotel and was told that they have also experience some type of bug in their rooms. The food options were not very varied or labelled correctly. The hotel itself is in need of updating and maintenance. I asked for Hotels.com to reach out for a refund and this was declined by the hotel. Overall, one of the worst holiday experiences I've had.

I recommend this hotel if you have a visit to sousse. Good location, and yje food is good.

Nice hotel but some rooms need repairs. Gym is very old and some equipment is unsafe. Nice variety of food. Drinks are low quality.

Lots of potential. Impressive entrance, but tired corridors. Good breakfast. Let down by general condition. We requested two rooms together but they claimed that the hotel was full and so they couldn't accommodate this. Then there was a power cut in the middle of the night to one room and corridor, leading to complete and total darkness. This couldn't be resolved and so they (eventually, after our three times going down to speak to the staff) agreed to move us to another room, which happened to be nearer to the other room (and so the hotel was obviously not full as they had claimed). Then in the morning there was another power cut, this time affecting both rooms. There was no air conditioning or the air conditioning was not working in either room. Had to keep the balcony door open due to the excessive heat in the room, which led to insects coming in.
