Belle chambre et personnel accueillant

The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. Check ins were slow. The room was nice and the view was nice but the rooms have almost no light. They would benefit greatly from a floor lamp or two. There is insanely loud music on the weekends in the courtyard until late. It your room is on the wrong side of the building it is impossible to rest. It feels like the music is in your room. It is incredibly loud.

The quality of the food in this all-inclusive was pretty terrible. It was a giant disappointment

Clairement pas un 5 étoiles, au mieux 1 étoile voir un camping. Service nul pour un 5 étoiles. Téléphone chambre marche pas, sens l’humidité, pas d’eau dans la chambre, repas ressemble à une cantine, serviette de plage vous la prête seulement en échange de 20 dinars etc… Si vous souhaitez vraiment un 5 étoiles dirigez vous plutôt vers les chaînes d’hôtels connues

Was a good stay but everywhere I went everyone was trying to sell me something . Fair enough outside , the shops attached to the hotel were very aggressive but inside the hotel their was receptionists, he kept trying to sell me excursions or trips and I would never ask. He then said are you not going to buy something with me, like I needed too and he only wanted it for which would seem like commission. I said over and over again , I'm not here for this and I just want to relax. I was going to sousse after my stay and asked for a transfer to which is was £60 from the hotel was quoted. I said I would look around and the receptionist looked upset and I said it's very expensive. I found one for £27 and when I told him I wouldn't book he was upset . I then said can I reserve to go to the restaurant in the evening, he said I need to speak to the head chef! This was unbelievable! All because I wouldn't buy anything with him . Other then this everyone was nice it was just this receptionist which ruined my stay

Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen. Sehr freundliches personal und sas Animationsteam ist grossartig. Macht bitte alle weiter so. Das Essen ist spitze für jeden was dabei. Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Sehr gut gelegen alles fussläufig zu erreichen

The hotel didn’t have air conditioning. Extremely hot and uncomfortable especially at night time. The pillow cases and bed sheet were of poor quality. The entertainment team were good and friendly

Personnel et accueil au top, ça change des autres hôtels dans la région.

U have to cross the street to go to the beach. AC was leaking Old furniture for a five star Food average,nothing special

I booked for triple room and sea view but they gave me standard room without sea view. I pay double more for sea view and this what i got. The room air condition is not working and its too hot. What kind of 5 star hotel is this. This is a riff off. I will file complaint to BB to your guys for not giving what i booked and post everywhere bad what the hotel did. I booked for 6 rooms and paid soo much for this.

The bed was bad, the reception and the checkin agent was unwelcome

I asked for quiet room. My room window over looking evening entertainment with loud noise and windows is not double glazing I could not hear the TV in the room

It’s all just great The food is amazing and changes daily with different ingredients everyday The rooms are great The staff are always friendly and helpful I give it overall five stars

Excellent hotel with nice amenities , though parking was challenging and had to park outside .

Hôtel sympa mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles .

Hygiene restaurant mediocre, qualité boisson médiocre, idem piscine, douche thalassothérapie vétuste. Confort literie médiocre. Chambre au dessus du restaurant donc assez bruyant tard le soir et tôt le matin, avec le personnel qui bougent les tables-chaises. Activité Quad =Arnaque. Personnel accueillant et serviable qui fait de son mieux avec les moyens du bord. Service thalassothérapie qualité / prix = très bien…. Je ne dirais pas la même chose concernant la formule chambre + all-inclusive :-(…..
