chambre propre,plage agréable... nous déplorons ,en revanche le fait que la climatisation dans les chambres soit coupée alors qu'aux dates de séjour où nous y étions ,il faisait très chaud la nuit....alors que l'hôtel annonce "climatisation " sur son site

Restauration excellente Personnels accueillants, disponibles.... Une bonne renovation des chambres, bar plage, terrasse restaurant est vraiment necessaire

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce merveilleux endroit. La nourriture, les activités (animateurs )ainsi que les locaux nous ont laissé sans voix. Contrairement à certains hôtels ou les animateurs ne vous lâchent pas d’une semelle , ici c’est l’inverse, la politesse des serveurs autant au bar qu’au restaurant et a relever aussi. Seul petit bémol, les transats déjà tous réservés certains jours avant même 8h du matin…

Tout a été positif ? Tres bel hotel avec une nourriture tres variée et bonne . L'hotel est tres bien tenu. C'est notre quatrieme hotel à DJERBA et c'est de loin le meilleur.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines top au Sentido. Hotel propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est compétent, agréable et efficace. La restauration est exceptionnelle. Plats variés, bien cuisinés et de qualité. Un peu épicés parfois mais tres goûteux. Une belle plage à disposition. Seul bemol, il faut se lever tôt pour avoir un emplacement sympa. A disposition un Spa et une salle de sport correctes. Très belle découverte, à réitérer sans hésitation

The room was good but had an ant infestation. They sorted it out immediately. The food was really good on the all inclusive package and great location backing onto the beach. The staff were helpful and keep the hotel clean. I sent messages over a week prior to arriving asking some questions but did not get a response which not not very professional.

Tres mauvaise expérience dans le restaurant buffet ou l’un des cuisiniers ( boulanger) a refuser à mon épouse la possibilité d’emporter un croissant avec elle alors que nous nous dirigions a l’aéroport à 6 h du matin le 02 Mai 2025 .C’est dommage car jusqu’alors l’expérience était positive . Nous saluons le professionnalisme des femmes de ménages et de toutes l’équipe du Spa . Ce boulanger a certainement besoin d’une formation sur le service et le respect du client

Myself and my friend spent a week here and it completely exceeded our expectations/hopes. The pool is really big and perfect for a good swim around the palm tree garden, with lovely areas to lay on your sunbed - we found a lovely nook where we felt a good amount of privacy. The room was great - nothing extra special, but it had a nice balcony with a good view of the pool and it was lovely and peaceful. Not sure how it will be in full season, but it was very chilled out at the end of March! The other guests were largely slightly older - between 45-75 ish - and it’s not really suitable for young kids due to the pool layout, so it’ll this added to the relaxed feel. The staff were all great - very polite and diligent and some were particularly warm and friendly. The food was pretty spectacular - so much choice of both mains and puddings - quite dangerous really, as you just want to try everything!! Pretty much all the cakes are as good as they look, which is amazing! We didn’t have a hamam, but we had a peek and the steam room looks really gorgeous and traditional, with lots of additional treatments to choose from. The beach was lovely - I had been worried about other reviews mentioning the seaweed - it wasn’t a problem for us, but at other times of year maybe there is more.. Anyway, the sea is not the cleanest I’ve swam in, but it is great for swimming, with a lovely, gradual, sandy floor. Thanks Sentido Djerba Beach - we will be back!

Un peu décevant pour un hôtel 4*. Chambre correct mais il manque des équipements. Premier hôtel où on ne propose pas de thé/café ou bouilloire. L'aération n'est pas top, soit il fait glacial, soit il fait chaud. L'eau du robinet n'est pas potable, l'hôtel ne propose pas de fontaine à eau, obligé d'acheter des bouteilles. Animations tournées pour le troisième age. Premier hôtel 4* qui ne propose pas d'eau/jus durant les repas, il faut tout acheter. Trop de nourritures industrielles durant les buffets, surtout pour les desserts qui sont soit trop sucrés soit fades.

Not a 4,5 star hotel, max. 3 star! Build in the 1960s and partly rebuilt during the centuries. Bathrooms very old, partly rebuilt! Staff not up to the claimed 4,5 stars, spirits used at the bars are very cheap local junk!

Mon séjour a été sympa l'hôtel dans sa globalité est top, le seul bémol es d'avoir payer un supplément pour avoir "vue"sur la mer et n'avoir eu une vue que sur la piscine et au loinnnn.....nous pouvions apercevoir la mer , au vu du prix payer je trouve sa inadmissible pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Expedia says this is a smoke free property - this is NOT TRUE. There is a hookah bar inside as part of the main lobby bar area. Food was pretty solid. It's definitely hotel buffet food, but there was some very good dishes at each meal. If you're on half board (not all inclusive) they make you pay for water in the restaurant - it makes sense but feels a bit stingy. The drink prices are pretty good though (like 2 TND for water, 4 TND for spirits). There isn't easily accessible information about things like activities and hotel services. If you speak french, you can ask the staff, but most of the staff only have very very basic English. The pool area is lovely, beautiful location directly on the beach, I really enjoyed my stay here. Overall it was a good stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le personnel est aux petits soins, surtout pendant les repas, bonne nourriture variée. Nous y retournerons car on s'y sent bien.

Très bon séjour, personnel au petits soins et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Pour les prochains touristes de Djerba si vous allez à Houmt Souk, évitez le moulin des délices dans le souk, se sont des arnaqueurs ils nous ont fait payer 3 fois le prix des épices qu'en France. ils ne vous donnent aucuns prix et à la caisse c'est la douloureuse. Ils vous mettent la pression. Ils ne représentent pas les Tunisiens qui sont pour la plus part bienveillants. La Tunisie est très belle.

Chambre spacieuse, très bien insonorisé, si vous cherchez un hôtel calme ce n'est pas le lieu. L'emplacement est superbe, c'est vraiment l'hôtel sur la plage. Le buffet na rien d'extraais il est tres biem fournie. Le personnel est gentil

Brukte Sentido Djerba Beach som base for å utforske andre deler av Tunisia. Så vi overnattet kun tre netter der, men standarden er veldig bra. Og skulle gjerne vært der litt lengre. God mat, hjelpsom betjening og godt renhold. Likte også at det gikk an å gå rett ut fra restauranten og ut på stranda. Var også veldig rolig på hotellet, men det kan være at januar var utenfor sesong.

Un hotel vraiment très sympathique, bien géré et bien animé. La restauration est varié et de bonne qualité. L'emplacement sur la plage est top. Que du bonheur en famille

Habitués depuis 10 ans, esprit familial, accueil et ambiance agréable. On sy sent bien, pas d'obligations de la part des animateurs. Restaurztion excellente, variée, personnel au top.

Worst experience ever ruined by their receptionist Mr Maher Klaibi. I was with my friend, and I spoke with him in arabic he didn't welcome us in a proper way. I made the reservation 1h before heading there, and he tried his best to do not give to us a room beside the booking was confirmed and paid. He was mentioning that we had to pay twice, as he had a bad issue with booking through Expedia and Booking. He said also that he couldn't see that our booking went through from their system. ( generally it takes 30 min everywhere in the world, I never had an issue with last minute booking). When I told him that I will speak with customer service about paying twice and denied check in, he changed behavior and start to be nice and gentle. When the agent contacted him to clarify the situation, he been really kind to me and start to fake smile and acting as a different person. I never been discriminated in my life but here. That's a shame, the hotel wasn't bad. Exept him, everyone nice. I still don't understand the misbehaving of Mr Klaibi to us.
