仕事で１週間滞在しました。部屋ではインターネットがほとんど使えませんでした。私の部屋はロビーから相当の距離があり、WIFIの電波が部屋まで届かないからでしょう。ですので部屋でのメールの送受信はできず、わざわざロビーにPCを運んで仕事をしていました。非常に不便、最近のホテルでは珍しいことです。 ホテルの周辺にはレストランはありません。スーパーは徒歩１５分ぐらいのところにあります。季節（冬）がらなのかロビーや食堂は閑散としている、そんな印象でした。プールがあるので夏であればもう少し活気があるのかもしれませんが。 メールにて飛行場へのピックアップもお願いしていましたが、迎えに来てくれませんでした。いい加減なホテルだなと感じました。

ベッドルームは十分な広さがあり、窓からは緑がみえ、非常にリラックスできました。チュニジアでは水周りの設備があまりよくないホテルが多かったですが、ここはさすが、きちんとしていました。バスルームとトイレが別であったことには驚きました。 食事もおいしく、プールもよかったし、部屋もきれいで、大満足でした。 1点だけ・・・チェックアウトの際に15TD請求されました。ミネラルウォーターのお金だそうです。チェックイン直後に部屋まで持ってきてくれたものなのですが、無料じゃなかったのね・・・あの水。と、ちょっと残念でした。

A hotel with a high standard of service. The room was ready for us, all necessity were on the place. Very service-minded personal. The breakfast were good - all what we need plus local specialities. Food in restaurants is also very good. Room service working fine. Spa and inside pool clean. It was a very smooth stay!

Hotel, magnifique, mer à pied, immense piscine extérieur, et intérieur chauffé bonne amplitude horaires. Personnel, très accueillant, serviable, souriant et réactif au moindre besoin. Petit déjeuner Riche et variés, traditionnel et produits frais. Café, Maure, spa, coiffeur, salle de sport, même de nuit. Chambre, très spacieuse, propre, plateau d’accueil avec personnalisation. Digne d’un 5 étoiles, je recommande vivement.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles et très incomplet. Les personnes travaillant dans le spa n’étaient pas super professionnelle et la prestation spa n’a pas été à la hauteur de mon attente.

Very clean hôtel and friendly staff.

We had 3 nights in this resort. The lobby is very grand and we were treated well by the staff. We were welcomed with nice lemonade/mint mix juice. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the sea where I got to see the sunset every morning. Room service was wonderful where breakfast was delivered to the door. We loved our breakfast and dinners in our balcony. The restaurant option is also wonderful as the menu is the same as the room service which is great as you will get the same food options for picky eaters. The restaurant also had a live singer with an amazing voice who sang songs in english, french, arabic. The room had a big bed to sleep comfortable, large storage space, safe, desk with mirror and modern TV. I loved the small store in the lobby where I bought hand made items of glass and local pottery. The beach is just steps away and it was lovely with options to ride horses, camels, drink local tea, candied apples. We loved this resort.

Great services! I went to many hotels around the world and this is one of the best!

Die Anlage ist überschaubar und alles leicht zu finden. Es gibt gerade von Freitag-Sonntag viele Einheimische die mit ihrer Familie entweder Tages oder Wochenende das Hotel besuchen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die gängigen Sprachen sind Arabisch, Französisch, Italienisch und Englisch. Leider haben wir das Konzept des Buffet Abend Essen nicht ganz verstanden, dort haben wir für zwei Personen das doppelte von dem bezahlt als im a la Kart Restaurant nebenan. Das Essen war gut und reichlich. Die Zimmer sauber. Preis Leistung stimmt. Der privat Strand ist super sauber und mit nettem Personal besetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

There are limited food options

This is a great hotel not too far from the Tunis airport/Tunis city center/Carthage historical site. When I first was looking at the listing for this hotel, I was skeptical as I thought it just couldn't be like the pictures. I was wrong. The hotel is about an easy 20 minute drive from the Tunis airport in a very good area. I personally didn't see much in the area around the hotel except for other hotels and a nightclub across the street, but there is a good mall and grocery store just down the street so that was very nice. Getting to Tunis center and the Carthage Historical Sites are very easy as well, with about a 15 minute drive to each. In the hotel, there is a very nice pool which was beautiful, a couple of shops, a couple of restaurants and a great path with access to the beach. I ordered room service the first night there and the food was good with no problems at all. Also, trying to get pool towels and extra shower towels from the reception desk was super easy with zero problems. Speaking of the front desk, as the Tunisian dinar is a closed currency and landing at Tunis airport so early in the morning, I hadn't had a chance to convert my USD to local currency but I was able to do it at the front desk, which gave me a rate that was very, very close to market value, which was a very welcome surprise.

Das Hotel ist reichlich abgewohnt, weit weg von 5 Sternen. Für ein sehr ei faches Ftühstück auf dem Zimmer wurden 40,- DT (!) Aufpreis verlangt. Es war günstig, ja, a er kein Vergnügen

Most of the facilities were not functioning : gym- equipment old Indoor pool: no showe facilities within the pool are Sunna was not working There was no staff manning the pool and the gym area No Air conditioning in rooms

Magnifique hôtel surtout le calme et la propreté et le service,la chambre manque de rien du tt tt est la ,les femmes de ménage sont très agréable le personnel aussi ,juste la nourriture je trouve que se n ai pas bien varié y’a pas bcp de choix sinon globalement je recommande fortement cette hôtel 😘
