Excellent location, direct access to the beach, excellent choice of dinig options

Food was good, big variety and tasty

Over all the hotel food options and facilities was good. The room we stayed in was disappointing very run down and in need of a upgrade. Also there was no basic toiletries that you would expect from a five star hotel. Only soap pumps.

Everything amazing we had fun we come back again I recommend it.

Overall ok, quite nice beach and see access, but wi fi is unstable, no wall sockets next to bed and not enough in the room. Food quality lowered compared to 3 years ago.

The room we were initially given was dirty (spiders, dead roaches) and noisy (next to a busy road). Also, when we made the initial reservation, they said the room was for one person are gonna , though that restriction was not clear on the reservation portal. When we arrived they charged is 140 extra euros to have my wife in the same room! Also, we gave two items of clothing to be laundered for 2 euros each. On check out, they charged 4 euros per item item. The food and service was otherwise great, but watch out for all the extra charges once you get there!

I satyed for 4 days, it was so much fun and beautiful, very clean, the staff were amazing, the food was great

In the last part of our stay, I would describe the buffet as directly criticizable. Many dishes were recycled from the day/days before... - directly harmful to health. Even cheap dishes like pancakes and fried eggs for breakfast were from the day before. The last 2 days we therefore chose to eat dinner at another restaurant in the city.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sauberes Hotel

I highly recommended AQI Hydros Club for many reasons. The food choice is exceptional, the staff are very polite and helpful and this is from the cleaners through to management. The hotel grounds is very well designed and plenty of room for all guest. My negative comment would be the noise coming from speeding cars passing by my hotel room which was near the main road. This has no reflection on the hotel. I also feel one race of people was favoured more. I wished there was more people from Türkiye staying at this hotel.

No mini-bar in the room, only water. I felt I was mis-sold on this.

Not a Sandy beach full of rocks and stone which makes it hard to walk on the beach and get in and out of the water. Majority is old people and families, Buffet was good, drinks and beverages are too limited. Receptionist seems not friendly, waited until 3:45pm until I got checked into a room.

Was good experience. Animation crew was good. Plastic cups were bad. Entertaintment was low. Foods were many but taste was rich enough.

Yemekler fena değil çeşitlilik fazla, denizi çok güzel ve otele sıfır. Havuzlar hijyenik. Eğlence hiç bitmiyor. Güzel bir deneyimdi, tüm çalışanlara teşekkürler.

The hotel was amazing and especially Reception manager Bulent Gun and animator Yagiz Mert were so helpful and were brilliant.The location of the hotel ,private beach and dining options were great .

Superfint läge i Kemer- privat strand (stenstrand) med ett bra poolområde (som ofta var fullt) med trevlig personal och stämning på hotellet. Maten i buffén var fräsch men inte fantastisk. De andra restaurangerna var fullbokade. Trevlig underhållning för barnen på kvällen och varierande kul sport aktiviteter under dagen. Fin strandpromenad till marinan om man vill se sig omkring i området. Rummen är standard. Vi var överlag väldigt nöjda med utbudet på hotellet och kan varmt rekommendera hotellet.
