I got cigarette smells in the room

Good service and good location with metro access to business area and sightseeing areas. Also having good access to shopping mall (AVM), too. The staff are friendly and breakfast is delicious. There are not so many hotels serving good quality stay with reasonable price especially in Istanbul European side. but this hotel is one of such satisfying hotels.

Great hotel, excellent location, nice staff

I stayed in this hotel for over a week and it was perfect every day. Especially the Uzbek cleaning lady, I think her name is Muhabbat (sp?) was kind and caring and always made sure that my room was clean. I’m sending all my friends to this hotel, it was also safe as a solo female traveler. Parking is limited but everything is within walking distance, including the subway, mall, restaurants and the vibrant part of the city (hospitals too, if you’re in Istanbul for that!)

The hotel had an excellent location and was perfect for our five-day stay in Istanbul. It was also exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff member Vedat took exceptional care of us and was extremely attentive throughout our stay. We are grateful for the wonderful service and would happily stay here again.

Mr. Murtaza is hospitable and nice people.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte hier und von Anfang bis Ende rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich ordentlich gereinigt, und das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Auch das Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker und bot eine tolle Auswahl. Beim nächsten Istanbul Besuch werden wir definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

The hotel boasts a warm, clean, and tidy environment with comfortable shower water temperature and strong water pressure. The breakfast is plentiful, with different main courses each day. The hotel enjoys a prime location with convenient transportation, adjacent to a bustling commercial area.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and once again it didn’t disappoint. The location is excellent, just a short walk from a shopping centre and the metro station, which makes getting around Istanbul incredibly convenient. I’d like to give special thanks to Mehmet, who went above and beyond to help us. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our original trip had to be postponed and even though our 6-night, 2-room booking was non-cancellable, he kindly agreed to move our reservation without any extra charges. This level of understanding and customer service is truly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised to be offered complimentary breakfast for our entire stay upon arrival — a thoughtful gesture that made our visit even more comfortable and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and a hotel I’ll happily return to again in the future.

Temiz ve ilgiliyfi

Internet ist nicht gut

Otelde giriş kısmında oldukça ilgililerdi. Odama yerleştikten sonra ufak bir atıştırmalık ikram gönderildi. Oda temizliği her gün yapıldı. Ütü talebinde bulunmuştum tüm konaklama süresince kullanabileceğim 1 adet ütü ve ütü masası temin edildi. Genel olarak konforlu hizmet aldığım bir deneyimdi. Ufak tefek sevmediğim taraflar vardı ama bunlar dile getirilmeyecek detaylar. Teşekkürler

fiyat - performans oteli. Özenli, yeterli, tertemiz ve konforlu. Lokasyon harika, kahvaltı beklediğimden daha zengin, çalışanlar dikkatliydi. Tavsiye ederim.

Clean, convenient.

Konum olarak çok iyi. Pizzası çok güzel. Odalar temizdi. İş için gelenler rahatlıkla kalabilir

Yalıtım ile ilgili çok büyük problem var. Yan odada normal sesle konuşulsa dahi bütün ses odanızda oluyor. Onun dışında konum vs. hususlarda merkezi bir yer. Çalışanlar da gayet ilgililer.

Otelin konumu mükemmel hizmet personel vs herşey çok güzel tek eksik yemek geliyor boşları almaya gelen olmadı ki söyledim 2 defa en sonunda balkona koydum boşları yemek kokusu odaya sardı resmen diğer en önemli eksiklik ise Kocaman yatak var iki yatağı birleştirmişler ne tarafa yatarsam yatayım ortada boşluğa denk geliyorum ve ciddi anlamda ezilip orta boşlukla kalıyorum çok rahatsız ediciydi
