Excellent hotel with even better staff and I would return again. If I wrote all the great things, this review would be very long. There are a couple reasons why I can’t give it a perfect score though but they are simple to rectify. The heated pools are at 26 degrees, ourselves and other guests agreed this was probably too cold to relax in and made me regret the extra amount for a swim up room. The AC didn’t go below 22 degrees, we are used to sleeping quite cold and not being able to control this is disappointing and led to slightly uncomfortable nights. Finally, the shampoo given doesn’t lather and didn’t clean my wife’s hair, it’s the first thing we had to buy shampoo on a holiday But I must reiterate, we had a great time there and would recommmend it

Hizmet kalitesi, hızlı servis ve güler yüzlü personel. Yemekler çeşitli, hijyen çok iyi fakat lezzet eksik. Hamur işleri ve tatlılar maalesef başarısız. Otel temiz ve konforlu. Tüm ailelere uygun, odalar modern.

Everything was perfect

Einfach alles. Besonders hervorzuheben wäre das durch die Bank außerordentliche freundliche Personal und die leckeren Speisen. Der Innen und Außenbereich waren top gepflegt. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub

Super freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, weiter so. Extrem gutes Essen, alles frisch und lecker, sehr schöne Anlage und wundervoller Strand, gute Abendveranstaltungen, super Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade und mitten in Manawgat

Great resort, nice property and facilities for family stay. Very good breakfast, buffet option and à la carte restaurants. Staff super friendly and attentive, above and beyond to help, free parking onsite very convenient. And plus for the upgrade room with pool at adult zone.

Our favourite hotel ever, we’ve been twice and will go again

I would like to say a massive thank you and appreciation to Vural the Guest Manager, who made our stay amazing and attention to detail. They were amazing and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend if you your looking for a luxury holiday.
