Im großen und Ganzen eine schöne Anlage insbesondere für Familien mit Kinder . Wir hatten ein Familien Zimmer mit 2 Bäder . War jetzt nicht sooo sauber aber ok . Meine Geschwister hatten ein Doppel Zimmer auf einer anderen Etage . Das war tadellos sauber . Essen war Abwechslungsreich und gut . Salate immer frisch . Genug Obst und Desserts . Wir waren in den Herbstferien da ,da war es jetzt nicht so voll . Der Strand Abschnitt ist Mega klein . Könnte mir vorstellen das es in den Sommerferien einfach zu voll ist . Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden

Otel genel hatlarıyla tercih edilebilir düzeyde. Yemek saatlerinde maalesef restaurant kapasitesi hem dağıtım açısından hemde oturacak yer bulmak açısından zorlayıcı olabiliyor. Yiyecek içecek kalitesi ortalama ne cok kötü ne de mükemmel. Restauranttaki yoğunluk boş şezlong konusunda da var. Oda kapasitesi çok fazla ama genel alanlar insan yoğunluğunu taşıma acisindan sorunlar yaratıyor. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Sürekli olarak aktiviteler mevcut. Biz çok eğlendik açıkçası. Tekrar tercih edebilecegim yerler arasında.

Yemeklerde çeşit çok olmasına rağmen yemekler maalesef çoğunlukla Tavuk etinden. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Otopark ufak olduğundan hep dışarda yer aramak zorunda kaldık. Denize yaklaştıkça maalesef ağır bir lağım kokusu geliyor. Maalesef 4 gece kaldığımız Hotelin 3 gününü araba ile Milli parka giderek denize girdik. İşletmenin yapacağı bir şey yok Deniz konusunda. Havuzda zaten nerdeyse 1000 kişi vardı hergün, ayağımı bile sokmadım Havuza. Hotel 2-3 binaya yayılmış durumda. Odanıza göre manzarada farklı olabiliyor. 4 gece konakladık bir kere Havlu getirdiler, neymiş çok kalabalıkmış yetişmiyormuş. Bir daha gelirmiyim maalesef gelmem. Fiyatda 4 geceye bakarak uygun değildi yani.

Very bad

Everything in this hotel is in poor condition. We had the best room on offer and still couldn’t wait to get out of there. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. They must be very old. Hospitality was very poor too. We were so glad our booking was only for a day.

We actually booked the batihan sea resort and by the time we got there it was actually full they put is in another Ultra luxury hotel called batihan vadi it was so amazing with a private villa and a 5 star service. Everything was invlusive and it was the best experiences we had during our stay. We also had free transportation to the beach everytime we wanted to get there and were allowed to use any of the services in that beach resort as well. Extremely hapoy with their service. Their turkish hamam was one of the best! Thank you Hakan for makingour stay so amazing

After a problem finding ourbbooking on arrival things got better We got a upgrade on our room which was very nice Lovely balcony great view of pool and sea. Clean spacious room very nice bathroom. Great powerful shower Service in bars and restaurants very good nice friendly staff Sunset bar excellent love the gozlame lady and the pancakes were delish Overall a very pleasant stay.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, the facilities are good with plenty to do if you want to join in. The food is good with plenty to choose from. Location is very good being on the sea front and close to a very large shopping mall.

Otelin bir kullanıcı için neredeyse sunabileceği tüm olanaklardan yararlandık. Yorumlara bakarak seçmiştik, iyi ki burada kalmışız. Animasyon ekibinin enerjisinden güvenlikteki arkadaşların ilgisine kadar her şey çok güzeldi.

Everything was good, the room big and clean, nice view from the balcony, the buffet very good with a lot of variety, fresh fruits and desserts excellent. The cocktails drinks were very sweet and not good. We enjoy our stay.

My mom got sick in our second day and we had to leave the hotel a day earlier. When I called the hotel, manager name Hakan told me that we can’t get any refund for the last day that we didn’t stay and he was very unprofessional. Construction zone all around the hotel whic makes it very difficult to get around or even get to the hotel…

Excelent condotion! Hotel foarte bum pentru familii cu copii.Singurul inconvenient este ,galagia produsa de carucioarele de la curatenie.Vrei sa te odihnesti ziua in camera...nu vei putea .Servirea este cu servire la geam.
