Das Essen war nicht gut und kein richtiges buffet

Maden var kedeligt. Rengøring ved poolen og baren ,var helt ned på 0. Rengøring på vores værelse var op på 10.

Das Hotel hat nur 2 Sterne, vieles war dafür schon sehr gut. Was mir insgesamt nicht gefallen hat war die begrenzte Essenauswahl, Getränke waren nicht immer vorrätig, ab 22.00Uhr nur Wasser- und Kaffeeautomat nutzbar, oft habe ich mit kaltem Wasser geduscht, Restaurant und Strand nur über öffentliche Straßen erreichbar, Pool sehr klein, an der Bar war wenig Personal und somit immer ein Warten auf Getränke nervig, ständig wurden Hotelgäste vom Anbieter des türkischen Bads angesprochen, direkt am Eingang, an der Bar und beim Essen, fand ich persönlich ein bisschen sehr aufdringlich,

Superhyvä hotelli minulle.Huoneessa vedenkeitin ja annoskahvia/teetä. Kaikki toimi. Ruoka oli hyvää ja monipuolista. Vastaanoton loungesta sai juomia. Sisäallas oli kiva Joulukuussa. Hyvällä paikalla - ranta tien toisella puolella. Alakerran Haman oli edullinen.

You get for you pay for. If you keep your expectations in check, you won't get disappointed. The best part about the location is its proximity to the beach. The reception desk staff is friendly and helpful.

This property doesn’t worth the money they are asking. When we arrived they put us in very bad rooms, bathroom falling apart, no light in the room, size of the room ridiculous. After 2 days when we complained we get another rooms and again 1 room was ok another 2 size of the room funny. Food so, so, pool also funny. We paid all inclusive and. They were charging us for the sun beds on the hotel beach. Disappointing!

Värdelös hotel, inget ac i matsalen. Kvavt hela hotellet. Tar hundra år tills man får service. Ingen god mat, varje dag samma typ av maträtter. Rekommenderar inte. Väldigt ofräsch hotel.

Wonderful experience at this property from beginning to ending central of the Alanya, I book for 1 day first then I extended for another 8 days I offer my relatives also my cousin stay for 5 day with me, all employers especially who's at register on the nights fixing any issues right away. thanks guy's I'll be back soon again

Заселили сразу по приезду, номер прекрасный, чисто, комфортно.Море близко, мне понравилось.

Gayet güzel ve şirin bir otel. Yeme içme zaten var, sahil hemen karşısında ve şehir merkezinde. 5 yıldız standartlarında bir otel beklemeyin ama aldığı parayı hakkediyor. Gayet güzel vakit geçirdim.

Otelin konumu süper.temizlik iyi.birayı bile çam bardakta veriyorlar.tek eksiği lobi barda barmen yok resepsiyondaki kız o işi yapıyor.

The hotel is located at the Cleopatra Beach. You will have to cross a street for access to the beach. The hotel doesn't own its private beach (or rented to another company). So, you'll have to pay for sunbeds and umbrella. Don't worry; it will not cost a lot: 10TL/Sunbed, 5TL/Umbrella. The sea is wonderful! The main problem of the hotel is the construction. The hotel is actually 3 separate apartments and you may have to walk through another building to get to the main restaurant or to the small pool. This hotel is all-inclusive but they don't have an animation team with any activities. If you consider this hotel as a convenient all-inclusive type; you may be disappointed. All-inclusive concept covers only the food "which was certainly poor"... :((( The room size, the furniture, kitchen utilities are very comfy. Towels, sheets and cushions are clean and quality. The Jacuzzi in the room was just great, literally great! You will not find sleepers in the room. There is a mini-refrigerator and safe box (costs 12TL/day) in the rooms. The air conditioner works fairly well and I can tell enough for such rooms. I haven't tried internet connection, so; no comments at all. In conclusion; the hotel deserves a good rating. I may come back to stay in this hotel and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everybody at the reception, in the restaurant and modest bar for their kind service. Best Regards :)))

Alanya bir kere çok sıcak bir yer nefes alınmıyor muglaya değişilmez orası, 2.si otel beklentilerin altında klimalar dopru düzgün soğutmuyor... Herşey dahil tek geçerli olduğu şeyi alkol sanki Çay bile sallama çay. Şezlonglar ücretli plajdaki herşey ücretli bi su 4 tl Doğru düzgün oturmaya yeri yok küçük bir lobide oturacağum aşağıya böyle tatil mi olur... Pehhg.. Mugla 5 yıldız boşverin alanyayı. 1 gece konaklayıp zor kaçtım oradan... Genel manada otelde sıkıntı yok ama...
