Das Zimmer war leider alles andere als sauber und zudem war es noch so laut, dass man nicht einmal lüften konnte und die Deutschkenntnisse ließen zu wünschen übrig (haben extra drauf geachtet dass im Hotel Deutsch gesprochen wird und bei diesem Hotel ist es angegeben). Wir werden sicher nie wieder kommen!

Balayı çifti olarak otelinizde toplam 4 gece 5 gün konakladık. Temizlik dans şovları personellerin güler yüzü ve ilgisi harikaydı. İkimiz için de unutulmaz ve huzur dolu bir tatil oldu. Sadece restaurant inanılmaz yoğun bir ızgara kokusu altındaydı, yemekler de bana göre oldukça yağlı ve ağırdı tabi bu kişisel bir tercih eşim bayılarak yedi. Bense özellikle tatlılarınızı çok beğendim. Emeğinize ve ilginize sağlık 💗

Schickes Hotel, nette Mitarbeitende, gutes Essen...gerne wieder!

We were there in November 2024 two weeks before the end of the season and we liked everything. Planning to go there again.

Maalesef otelin kapanma dönemine denk geldik. Birçok ultra lüks otel ile aynı fiyatı ödedik ancak yarı kalitede bile hizmet almadı k. Het gün üç gündür kesilmiş duran peunirler, kalitesiz ve aç kapa bir şarap, isimsiz rakılar, içi soya leblebi dolu çerez vb... Ultra tanımı ile uzak yakın ilgisiz... Hayal kırıklığına uğradık

Hotelin konumu muhteşem. Denizle neredeyse içiçe. İmkanları yeterli. Yiyecek ve içecek konusunda bir sıkıntı çekmiyorsunuz.

Very nice compact hotel, its alongside the beach so the sea visible from most areas in the hotel and everything is closeby . The beach was amazing- it was private, with sand where kids could play. There were always spaces available at the beach and pool. The food and drinks were also nice, good variety and desserts were top! all the staff were friendly. The only downside was the fact that the main and kids pools and water slides water temperature was very cold so it was not comfortable to swim in it with 5yr old. Overall nice and we would return!

The room has a connected door to the neighboring guest. So noisy. I lost my ring in the sea and the front desk is unfriendly to help. Please stay away from this hotel!!!

This all inclusive was amazing compared to many others I’ve stayed in. Most importantly, the food was great! There were plenty of options every night and they even have a late option for breakfast for the people who like to sleep in on vacation. Most of the staff spoke English as well as Russian. The beach was great and there were plenty of chairs. The cabanas are beautiful and a great option to reserve if traveling with a group. Hotel room was clean, had a beautiful view of the beach, and anything you may need while vacationing. The only downside is there wasn’t too much to do at night besides hang out on the pier where they had a DJ until midnight.

The management is very weak and very dictatorial and threatening in such a way that they called me and threatened me. Why did you ask a question about this issue, what if another guest wants to come? You are very uneducated.

Overall, the property was good. A couple of deficiencies I noticed. 1. The A/C throughout the resort was inadequate. 2. The staff at the food court couldn’t get their act together with correct order details. Excuses could be made but in the end, that’s all they are. Just excuses. The a/c systems need to be updated. For the amount the resort charges, one doesn’t expect there to be problems.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere,friendly staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean room with excellent service. Food was really good. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Staff was incredibly friendly and very professional. The property was very clean and well maintained by the staff. Food was abundant and the variety was beyond expectation. We had an amazing time

We had an amazing stay here! We decided to treat ourselves to 3 nights at the all inclusive after travelling around Turkey for 10 days and we are so happy we did! The beach and pool were stunning and great to relax. The food was impressive and there was so much choice (even for a vegan like me!) and we found the staff helpful. I would definitely recommend to others. Yes there is music and it can be loud, but we still found it easy to relax and it had a really great atmosphere. I would come back again!
