素敵なお部屋。広くて清潔で景色も良く　スタッフも礼儀正しく、隣接するショッピングモールはネヴシェヒルのランドマークでレストランもたくさんあります。空港からも有料ですが送迎があるので安心。洞窟ホテルも素敵だけど　こういうホテルは日本人の私には　とても安心感があり快適です

Not as stated on the website, they were no English speakers on site. Some speaks some English but it was not a conversational level. And some information I was provided after so many google translate communication was not even accurate and I had to go back and forth to the room and the reception 3 times when I was sick. Since I could not find an ice machine so I asked for ice and plastic bag because I developed a high fever during the stay but they never understood my request and never brought it to my room so I sent them an email to request but still no reply... It was a clean and quiet hotel and most of them seemed nice but I didn't feel comfortable to stay there by myself knowing that they probably won't be able to help me in case I get sicker and needing a cab to go to hospital or needing an ambulance... No matter where I visit, I always choose hotels with English speaker and willing to pay extra for safety and I think I did so I expected more from them. So, I am very disappointed.

The room was clean and tidy, I need to say that the 'welcome' cookies were quite tasty. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices to have a healthy and filling breakfast; this is something you need if you plan to have a long trip outside the hotel. We found the pool to be quite clean, this can be both due to the efforts of the staff and the few people around at the time we used it. The only minus was cigarette smell that came from the vents one night; most probably because of another customer. I hope the hotel finds ways to handle such improper people.

Oh dear... nice looking hotel. With absolutely no soul or atmosphere. Have never come across such ignorant or incompetent hotel staff! I thought the turkish knew hospitality?? This lot certainly dont. The ONLY member of staff worth note is the guy in the 13th floor in thw restaurant who is excellent. The management need to go learn a few things from him on what genuine service is! Silly rule about wearing a cap in the pool. Dont bother (they dont check and just want to sell you an overpriced one) There is an abundance of hotels in the area.. i certainly wouldnt stay here again out of choice.

The staff were so kind. We had dinner at their restaurant also. The food was really amazing. Our waiter Karim was so nice and made us feel at home.

The staff needs to learn English if they need to serve such a humungous tourist industry

10 out of 10.you can´t ask for better.everything was well planned for any guest to the last detail .(even laidies hygiene product was in the bathroom)there is spa and swimming pool to enjoy.I Love it.would deffintly come back with my family

Temizlik, çalışanların ilgisi, konfor hersey çok iyi, kahvaltı gelistirilebilir. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

Temizlik açısından tek sorun halılarda çok fazla saç olmasıydı. Onun haricinde otel ve havuz son derece güzeldi. AVM yanında olması ayrıca konfor sağladı.

Yeni ve güzel bir otel ,ancak odaya girdikten sonra tuvaletin tıkalı olduğunu farkettik, defalarca açılmaya çalışıldığı halde tam düzelmedi malesef

Temizlik ve personel iyi! Ancak haziran ayı bile klima çalıştıramamak ve 27 derece odada konaklayıp perişanlık yaşamak akıl alır gibi değildi!!! Bu nasıl bir zihniyetse klimaları merkezi sistemle sıcağa ayarlıydı.Kahvaltı malzeme kalitesi düşüktü !!!

Very close to attractions, very helpful and attentive staff, excellent front desk/reception staff. Rooftop restaurant staff very poor and restaurant does not seem patronized by guests. Buffet has poor food and is focused towards bus tours. Hence food is not very good

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped me with all kinds of things, from making reservations to loaning me an adaptor. The hotel itself is nice and up-to-date, very clean and well managed. Breakfast is excellent so include that in your reservation. The buffet dinners are based on how many guests so sometimes you might have to take taxi to Goreme, which is about 10 minutes away. Or you can go to restaurant on the roof. You can also go to mall connected to hotel but it's mostly fast food. Also recommend getting a massage at the spa. Fantastic experience. Whichever massage you get, make sure to end it with the 10-minute scrub and foam in the hamam.

The hotel is very well located. A mall is adjacent to it with a door for the mall specially for residents. Rooms are very speacouis and clean. Staff were very respectful helpful and supportive. I would recommend it without a doubt.

Locatie was super top. Min punt was uitzicht, het kon beter.
