This was by far the best DoubleTree by Hilton I've ever stayed at. A huge thank you to Safire and Ulas for their outstanding hospitality - they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From their warm welcome to accommodating my late check-out, everything was handled with such care.
The next day, I enjoyed lunch downstairs - the fruit was incredibly fresh (maybe because everything in this country is organic!) and my sandwich with fries was absolutely delicious.
Special thanks to Safire for the kind words and late check-out, and to Ulas for the room upgrade along with the complimentary drinks and snacks. Your service truly made my stay memorable. I'll definitely be coming back!

隣のショッピングモールくらいしか行ける場所がない。旅行者には不便だと思う。
チャムルジャタワーやモスクへはタクシーで10分くらい。近くに整形外科医があるのか、鼻の手術後の痛々しい姿の方が多数いるホテルだった。朝食はバリエーション豊富で素晴らしい！

There should be more variety in terms of international cuisine.
The floor was wet between the wardrobe and the bed which I reported about but nothing was done. I had to put a towel on the floor.
I also told about it during my checking out.

They charge 3500 tl which is almost 100$ for some chocolate and couple drinks, they already put them im the room refrigerator and they should be free as a guest property, they did robbery, didn’t tell we have to pay for it while we arrived at the front desk

Mooi hotel, schoon en goed zwembad, vriendelijk personeel. Maar het ontbijt is ver onder niveau, ronduit slecht. Producten zijn niet vers, de koffie is niet te drinken. Beter om in het winkelcentrum onder het hotel te ontbijten.

Hotelin girişi ile lobi farklı katlarda bu çok ilginç geldi. Yeni bir bina. Konforlu. İlk girdiğimde odada şişe su yoktu özür dileyerek telafi edildi. Personellerin yaklaşımı güzeldi. Son olarak yandaki alışveriş merkezi ile ilgili beklentinizi yüksek tutamamanızı öneririm.
