空港からのバス停に近く、周りにレストランや土産物店などもある。タクシム広場やイスラティクラーク通りも歩いて行け、立地はとても良い。部屋は、十分な広さだった。ジャグジー付きのバスタブは、ちょっと使いにくかったが、バスソルトもあってリラックス出来た。朝食は、種類はそこそこあった。当然のことながら和食は無いので、沢山は食べられ無かったが、パンは美味しかった。

空港までのバス停もすぐそばにあり、広場や繁華街にも近いので、観光にもいいかもしれませんが、雰囲気や部屋の作りは完全にビジネスホテルですね。ただ比較的キレイですし、これと言って文句をつけるところもなく、価格的にも十分かと思います。

Good, money worth!

Clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing experience

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room view was terrible, facing another building. The hotel and service were far from a five-star hotel experience. The second shift reception staff were rude and unhelpful, which ruined the stay. Hengameh at the front desk was polite and tried to help, but even with her assistance, it could not make up for the overall bad experience.

The hotel has one of the best locations and offers excellent service with the most professional and fast staff you can find in Istanbul. The overall experience was great, and the service was outstanding. My only note is about the breakfast — it was not very well organized, and not everything was available. If you go down about half an hour before closing, most of the items are already finished.

It was our pleasure to meet one of the employee name Hengameh which she helped us throughout our staying made sure we enjoyed our staying.

We've been coming to this hotel for 5 years, and this year was hands down the best! The customer service was top-notch. The receptionist and all the staff were amazing. Special shoutout to Hengameh for being great. We're so satisfied with the service and can't wait to come back!

otel fena değildi fakat daha temiz olabilirdi oda çok eskiydi. Gecenin bir yarısı odamızın telefonu çaldı uyuyorduk ve bize ait olmayan bir valizle ilgili aradıklarını söylediler, daha sonra yine arandık yine aynı konudan dolayı ve yanlışlıkla başkası yerine bizi aradıklarını söylediler. Çok yorgunduk ve gecemiz berbat oldu dinlenemeden ayrıldık otelden.

We had a problem with the room and the manager was very helpful and managed to sort the issue out. Our stay was very short but the location and the hotel were nice.

Alles in allem sehr gut bis auf die langweillige Frühstück jeden tag das gleiche. Personal mitgeteilt und leider hat sich nichts verändert. Finde ich schade bei so viel Mühe und so ein Bahnhof Frühstück. I
