とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 特にサウナと貸切の屋内プールが良かったです。 部屋から見える街並みはとても素敵でした。 5泊しましたが、部屋にキッチンや洗濯機＆乾燥機があったため、長期滞在でも安心です。 ホテルの敷地内にスーパーがあり、便利でした。 スタッフもとても親切に対応していただきました。 観光地までは距離があるためバスであれば乗り継ぎが必要です。時間指定ではありますが、ホテルの無料シャトルバスを利用することもできます。 （ホテルに否はないですが、公共交通機関のバスは頻繁に遅れます。30分以上遅れることもしばしばあるため時間には余裕をもった方が良いです。）

Excellent customer service on par with Four Seasons and the Ritz. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Minimal apartment amenities. Had to ask for the basics., dish and laundry soap, kitchen towels etc. Facility not cleaned properly. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Mold in the showers. Found a coffee cup in the cupboard that had a packet of pills left in it. Notified the front desk of the problems. Minimal corrections. Breakfast was included but the information was not giving to the restaurant. Embarrassing. A major disconnect between the front office and housekeeping. No level of compensation was offered. I only found one hotel during my travels in turkiye that was decent and that was in Adana. What this accomodation promotes is not what you get. To far from attractions. Minimal restaurant choice's. I would look at other options.

Özellikle odaların genişliğine bayıldım. Sade ve hoş bir diyana sahip, manzara çok güzel. Odalar temizdi.

Very large space and beautiful view from our 47th floor apartment. Many options for food, shopping and other services very close to the two Fraser towers. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Istanbul.

Great property

We absolutely loved our stay. The Penthouse suite had amazing views of Istanbul. We managed to spot some of the iconic buildings such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Galata Tower. The beds were so comfortable and overall the 4 bedroom suite was more rhan adequate for a family of 5. .

Great service

I really liked the location of the property as well as the accessibility to everything that we wanted to go .staffs were so good. It was very clean and spacious. It was the best stay we had in Istanbul.

Great staff friendly welcoming

We were not allowed to use the car park for the first day. The room was very very cold. The light was broken and the portable phone in the room did not work. Shower pressure was poor. Not enough towels and when we call reception, they said we have to wait till the next day. Our guess was not allowed to come to the room

Nice hotel with large rooms and excellent views. Very nice and helpful reception staff. Housekeeping was a bit unreliable. The hotel sits on a steep hill which makes even short walks or runs unattractive, e.g., to the Hilton convention center.

The staff are helpful and kind and smiling and welcoming. The suites are comfortable and convenient and big. You are never on your roommate way. The free shuttle twice a day makes it easy to go around. We were a group of 14. We all were happy and enjoyed our stay.

The staff at very friendly, cleanliness. Just the shower needed a little more attention.
