ガラタズ ホテル

新婚旅行で使わせてもらいました。 寝るだけだったのである程度の清潔感があれば他には何も望みませんでしたが、想像よりもずっと綺麗でスタッフのホスピタリティも素晴らしく、こちらに宿泊して良かったと思いました。

Very clean and good breakfast

周辺を観光するためのベースとしては十分なクオリティでした。朝食も美味しくいただけました。

Area itself is not quite not touristic. But, hotel is nice and stuffs are nice.

This hotel was in the perfect location for being in Istanbul for the first time. Felt very safe, close to the ferry ports and loads of bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel also arranged our transfers for us from the airport and back which was very helpful. They also sent a photo and video of the company and location in airport for pick up. However when we got to the airport the area for pick up was blacked off and it was the one before which was no problem. However It was really confusing because when we got to the area of where the company was they said the company doesn’t exist anymore and the pick up hasn’t been sorted. But this area had loads of company’s of bus transfers and the guys there sent a message in their whatsapp group which they saw our name so it was sorted by the hotel when we asked but there was a change of company which we didn’t know about. When I tried to email the hotel about I didn’t have any response back even after we got to the hotel. It just would have been nice for this to be acknowledged. This would not make me change my opinion of the hotel because the staff were so lovley, hotel facilities were new and it was the perfect location? :)

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Ist umgeben von vielen Restaurants und Cafés/Bars. Gutes internationales/türkisches Frühstück mit schöner Dachterrasse. Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, aber hellhörig.

Die Lage, das Personal, das Hotel an sich ist wirklich grandios.

Seit 2021 besuchen wir jährlich immer dieses Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, dass Hotel ist sauber und wirkt modern.

Her şey gayet başarılı. Konforlu ve güvenli. The best.

Staff are amazing, kind and helpful. Place is very clean. Music from next door pub/bar is an issue.

Parfait

객실은 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 조식도 터키 스타일 조식이지만 나쁘지 않은 편 같습니다. 다만 객실내 작은 테이블도 없어 간단한 식음료를 즐기기가 좀 불편했습니다. 그리고 바로 옆 술집에서 늦게까지 노래를 불러 소음이 좀 있고 T1트램 타는 곳이 7-8분 거리에 있고 아시아 지구로 넘어가기는 괜찮지만 탁심을 왔다갔다 하기는 좀 불편했습니다.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is in a great area. I really enjoyed the breakfast and greatly appreciated flexibility in the checkout time. The room itself was small, but okay. Some parts were not as clean as I would have liked—I took a shower and somehow ended up with a contact lens (not mine) on my toe!

Our reservation was for a free spa service. When we asked at the desk the gave us an address for another hotel and a 20 % off coupon. They were not especially welcoming or helpful. Also — the street noise was very loud and kept on well past midnight The room itself was very nice and clean. The people who were working at breakfast were also very nice.
