I dont know how they get 5 stars but quality is 3 star no more then that for sure first animation shows sucks the guy they pick for show so amateur and creepy i was so excited to try different taste of food but big disappointed none had flavour just plain and our room supposed to be in circle building with see view they take as other building which is no view nothing only good think we were happy their workers was kind and helpful i wont recommend to anyone of my friends or family this hotel big disappointment waste of money

Otel genel olarak çok güzel ama yiyecekler yetersiz 5 yıldızlı bir otelde yiyecek çeşidini daha fazla beklerdim. İçecekler kalite olarak vasat durumda öyleki otelde midemiz bozuldu 4 arkadaş dönüş yaptık yine aynıyız. İçecek kalitesinin bu kadar kötü olması benim nazarımda kötü bir görüntü verdi. Starbucks

The property and location is absolutely beautiful. However we were disappointed and frustrated during our check in process with the front desk young lady who couldn't answer most of our basic questions, and at the end gave us totally wrong information about resort operations hours, access, etc. In contrast, the public relations lady (we believe her name was Gulnara) was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us with Covid test related issues, as well as other things.

Fick betala 245€för en bungalov bakom poolen, lukten, ljudet från aircondition var så högt. Inte ens filten som vi skulle ha som täcke kändes ren, bruna fläckar. Har nog aldrig sovit i ett så dåligt rum. Vad jag förstår har detta hotell väldigt många olika standard på deras rum.

Franchement c'est le pire hôtel que j'ai fais horrible

I'll start by saying that this property is not 5 stars, maybe 4 at best. My major issue was with my room. I had booked a swim up room (at a premium) but only once we got there realised we were given the superior room instead. I asked reception why I had the wrong room and was told there was a problem with the hot tub and we will have our room correct room by 10am the next day. The room was not yet ready and I contacted Hotels.com directly to assist me. Gold Island told Hotels.com that the room was ready and they are waiting for us at reception this was at 12:30. At reception they informed us that the room will only be ready by 3pm.when the room was finally ready at 3:30pm it was very small and did not contain a hot tub as expected, we decided to just go back to the first room as we would rather just try and enjoy our holiday instead of going through any more of this back and forth with the hotel. The staff at reception also promised us a special gift for the honeymoon to apologise for the inconvenience, unfortunately we neever received anything. All in all a very average hotel with a very short entertainment schedule. The only possitive is the service from the entertainment and wait staff. I expect we would have received similar service and quality of food for a third of the price at the other hotels in the area.

Leider nicht sehr ordentlich Service des Hotels lässt auf jeden Fall sehr zu wünschen übrig. Strand ist super, ansonsten keine 5* würdig. Sauberkeit war fürchterlich. Zum Essen stand wenig zur Auswahl. Loben muss man jedenfalls das Abendprogramm das war immer abwechslungsreich und super.

Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt am Strand. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben soo viele neue Menschen kennen gelernt. Das Animations-Team, „Rubi, Carlito, Burhan, Zafer, Nika und weitere“, haben immer für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Service vom Servicepersonal „Tugay, Tayfun, Mehmet, Serkan, Ramazan und viele weitere“ war sehr gut. Sehr höfliche und gute Personen. Der Nachtchef Gürkan hat immer Ausschau für die Ruhe im Hotel gehalten und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Empfehle ich weiter!‘

Tout était très bien sauf la nourriture qui n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Certes, il y a beaucoup de choix mais devrait être amélioré niveau du goût.
