アヤスフィア・ブルーモスク・グランバザールすべて徒歩圏内で、トラム乗り場も歩いて2分ほどで観光に大変便利なロケーションでした。 スタッフの方も大変親切で、イスタンブール観光を大変楽しむことができました。

スタッフの方はフレンドリーで親切でした。お部屋も十分な広さがあり、よかったです。 Wi-Fiが弱くて繋がりにくかったのが残念でした。

2018年5月宿泊 オープン後3ヶ月ということらしいです。部屋はとても綺麗です。電車駅近くでアクセス良好、スーパーがすぐ近くに数件あるのでちょっとした買い物なども困りません。

From the moment we checked in the service was incredible. Staff really helpful. Rooms very clean. Hotel in an excellent location around the corner from the T1 tram line. Everything is walking distance and suprrmarket opposite. Abdurrahman was very helpful thank you. Breakfast around 6 -7 hot breakfast items and plenty of other choices. Thank you for a great stay

Amazing staff that truly made the stay special. They were incredibly accommodating, helped arrange travels and gave advice on areas/restaurants to visit. When I come back to Istanbul I will definitely be staying here again. Also housekeeping was amazing.

This is a great place to stay, very close to Sultanahmet.

The hotel manager concierge is a very bad attitude. I don’t know how to handle the corporate people and the business people and the regular people how to talk to them and they are very rude.

Personnel très affable. Menu plus difficile, c’est à dire moins de choix pour moi car nord américaine mais le choix est là. La situation de l’hotel est excellente car nous pouvons faire nos visites à pied.

Great hotel, close to Sultanahmet Square. Superb buffet breakfast. Gracious, helpful staff. Mr. Ersin was especially helpful.

Everything was amazing at Golden Royal. This was my second time at this hotel, and the service was as expected — fantastic. Staff were incredible; Ersin, Yunus, and Ibrahim were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel muito bem localizado, bom café da manhã o problema é que reservei um quarto de casal duplo luxo do dia 5 a 9 de outubro e o que aconteceu no meu check-in, sem avisar me deram um quarto pequeno, cheirando mal, cama de casal pequena frigobar nao funcionando, um caos. Qdo fui reclamar me disseram que o hotel estava lotado e que nao tinham disponibilidade para outro quarto (fiz a reserva com mais de 5 meses de antecedência), e que me dariam um upgrade no dia seguinte "o melhor quarto do hotel" segundo o funcionario que me atendeu. No outro dia me trocaram para outro quarto, nao me deram o tal upgrade e ficou por isso mesmo, paguei 4 noites de um quarto mais caro e me deram um muito inferior, talvez se eu não tivesse reclamado ficaria todas as noites nesse quarto horrivel. Pedi para me reembolsarem a diferença de valor da estadia e se negaram.

Der Rezeptionist war sehr unfreundlich. Der Parkplatz ist viel zu teuer, und es wurde keine alternative Möglichkeit angeboten. Das Frühstück war sehr schwach – nur 2–3 Sorten billige Wurst, und nach einer Stunde war fast nichts mehr zu essen da. Der Kaffee war wässrig, kaum Geschmack. Die Lage entspricht nicht den Fotos: Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, und vom Balkon aus blickt man auf ein altes Gebäude, das eher wie ein Gefängnis aussieht. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

We stayed at this hotel twice within a two-week period. On the first occasion, we stayed for four days, and on the second, we stayed for two days. Unfortunately, both times, the Air conditioner was not functioning, and the reception attempted to charge us $10 for a room key that we had inadvertently lost. While the hotel’s location is pleasant, it falls short of meeting our expectations as a satisfactory hotel.

The hotel in general is nice, modern rooms, super clean, good location, nice breakfast. Staff very kind!
