I did read many reviews about this hotel, but I don't know why people gave low rate of feedback. I got very pleasant time in this hotel with nice staff and clean building and room,the breakfast was not bad reasonable. Every thing were good and comfortable for me and my family. This is fact I spend 4 days and this is the first time for me in this hotel.

We’re so glad we chose this hotel. From booking to check out all went smooth. Staff so courteous and helpful and friendly. They had our room ready way before check in time, which was so helpful. We enjoyed the rest of the day without any issues

Nothing like a 4 star hotel exept the lobby area... cleaner are very kind and receptionist are helpful.

room was rather small, tap in shower was leaking, check-in staff were not forthcoming with wifi information and password - i had to go downstairs three times at 01h30am to sort it out.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral . Das Hotel ist sehr alt und ungepflegt ,aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Unser Zimmer war auch sauber das Bett und die Handtücher waren sehr sauber und jedesmal gewechselt . Für kurze Aufenthalt okay .

Behagelig. Venlige medarbejdere især Fetih og hans ældre kollega som er meget hjælpsom.

The location was excellent and a tram stop near the hotel BUT the aircon was not working properly and the room was always TOO hot. We reported it several times but nothing was done - saying it needed to be switched over to summer. This spoiled our stay comp0letely. Breakfast was poor

Dårlig internet,ikke ren værlse og bad værlse

This is 2 or 3 star hotel. Only good thing about this hotel is its location near to train station. If you pay anything over $40 per night, you should not take this hotel.

Even though the entrance is just off the main road, it gives the feel of being a safe and busy area without the noise. Check in was easy. Polite and courteous staff. Room was spacious but a tad worn in places. However the bed was excellent. Very clean sheets and towels. Bathroom was clean and fresh. Breakfast had a lot of options in a bright large room. It was not located in a dingy basement. Value was excellent.

Schönes Hotel; Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, es war von allem etwas dabei. Sehr gute Lage, da Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke war. Das Hotel kann man nur empfehlen!

No ironing facilities. You either need to pay lots of money to the hotel or take the stuff to a nearest laundry shop . Could not open the window in my room . Needs to be repaired.

Very good hotel, Istanbul is very buetiful place you should visit many many times

The staff was rude. My room was freezing. I complained about the heat not working and nothing was done about it. I asked to change rooms and they said that they would not. I slept with my winter coat on. They refused to refund me. The beds we're horrible and extremely uncomfortable. I would never stay here again. This hotel is NOT a 4 star. I wouldn't even give it a 1.

Isolation of the rooms is not enough good sounds from the other rooms and street disturb guests rooms especially bathroom is very old and heating is a serious problem we were cold during night
