property not clean at all, luck of communication and responding. not even close to what they post on expedia.

In general lines is nice! The buffet was a bit disappointing, the people on the reception were mostly nice, except of the man that check us in at the night we arrived, he wanted to keep our passport, I’ve never experienced something like that. The prices of the Wellness and Pool are crazy high.

Hotel well located near public transport. But breakfast was quite bad with poor selection and food quality. We stayed for 4 nights, and had only breakfast once. Room was Ok, No defects but a bit small with less than half a meter from end of bed to opposite wall making it difficult to pass. Spa in basement was a disappointment. Very small pool with water a bit to the cold side and No general access to turkish bath unless you had booked an appointment. Stay was OK, but No idea why the hotel is indicated as 4 star?

It was good stay but we had to keep asking for things like, towels, iron, kettle, even coffee sachets were not provided, we were asked to go buy it outside.

This is supposedly a 4* hotel but I can guarantee that it is nothing close to that. I’ve stayed in many hotels previously but this hotel is honestly the worst. The walls are extremely thin to the point where you can hear everything going on outside and in other peoples rooms! The rooms are always very noisy due to the terrible sound insulation. The cleaning ladies that supposedly clean your room barely do anything to be honest. There is no rubbish bin in the room. Even utilities such as shower cap etc are never replenished after you use them. There is a kettle and coffee cups but no actual tea or coffee in the rooms! When I asked the cleaning lady to replace the glass cups that we used in our room, she simply grabbed the cups and washed them with water and returned them for us to reuse. I have never seen such behavior in other hotels. The staff members do not speak English. I had to use google translate several times for someone to understand what I want. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Room and bathroom was tiny... A/C kept switching off, mini fridge was leaking water, hotel only had two irons for the hotel, claimed to have wheelchair access which it did not, only one person could really understand English... Hotel is a two star and not a four star

Ευγενικο προσωπικο, πρωινο πολυ καλο με μεγαλη ποικιλια, ο χωρος του σπα ειναι πραγματικα ο καλυτερος χωρος αυτου του ξενοδοχειου, καθαριοτητα μετρια θα ελεγα. Για τα λεφτα του παντως ειναι οκ.

Ok men inte mer..bemötande av personal var inte på top spec de vid spaavdelning. Ville bara ha pengar. Restuarangen var på topbetyg av bemötande.

결제까지 다했는데 예약확인이 안된다고해서 프론트에서 시간을 많이 보내게 되었음, 그래도 곧바로 확인되었고 더블배드로 예약했는데 싱글배드 두개 있는 방을줌,, 귀찮아서 그냥 사용함,, 방이 생각보다 많이 쫍음, 직원도 아주 친절했음, 돌아가는날 공항서비스를 기다리고있는데 비가많이오자 지배인으로 보이는분이 차까지 우산도 씌어주고 친절하고 서비스가 아주 좋았음. 조식은 맛이 별로 ㅎㅎ
