Duşta kirli havlu yerde duruyordu ki bu en azından duşun temizlenmediği anlamını taşıyordu. Resepsiyondan bir flaster kesmek için makas rica ettim ancak enteresan biçimde yoktu. Kahvaltı da oldukça vasat idi.

Everything were perfect.

They lied about the price and do not recognize the Expedia membeship benefits.

It’s a pretty clean hotel and location is great as well the breakfast is very delicious.

1. Shower didn't drain well. Informed the front desk but they didn't want to look at it unless I was there (kind of understandable) and I wouldn't think about it until next morning. Hopefully, they fix it for the next guests, but this is not a new problem and should have been looked at before I checked in. 2. Took a long time to get hot water for shower. 3. The "hot" Breakfast was cold despite I was one of the first to enter the dinning hall at opening time. 4. Room was too hot, tried to adjust the temperature, but I didn't feel a difference; tried to keep the window open, but then had to deal with all the outside noise and it only helped a little.

Considering how crazy is Istanbul’s traffic, it was very easy to drive in out the hotel

Disappointing Experience - No Alcohol and Poor Housekeeping I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. First, the hotel does not provide alcohol, which was not mentioned anywhere on their website. When I asked the reception about it, the receptionist’s response was shocking—she said, “I am not the owner of the hotel,” instead of providing any helpful information. I found this attitude unprofessional. The housekeeping was terrible. They only made the bed and did not clean the bathroom properly. To make things worse, they didn’t change the glasses daily. When I asked them to clean properly, nothing improved. Communication was also an issue, as none of the housekeeping staff spoke English, making it difficult to address my concerns. Overall, my stay was not what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Went for breakfast just as the cleaner started cleaning our room, came back after 1 and 1/2 hours, our room door (which is by the elevator) was left wide open, we tried to contact the reception asked to speak to the manager to see how on earth this can happen, they completely ignored our concerns, everytime we ask they say the manager is looking into this and we never heard back from them. Beware, the breakfast is average and they never change the food selection we stayed for 10 days, food was the same every day. Cleaning of the room is very poor, everyday we come back and they missed something, no towels, rubbish not removed, dirty cups were left in the room for two days (even though the room was supposed to be cleaned). We were big group and had five rooms, we all had the same poor experience. Finally, the staff are rude including the driver of the shuttle bus and have no experience in customer service and no proper concierge service

Staff in the lobby were tribal impolite and if you ask a taxi they asked for extra money they didn’t use taxi meters. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Hotel was good, clean, big room, comfortable bed, reception a little bit rude, room service didn’t change the bed and pillows sheets

Room was big, and a nice big basker of fruit awaited. Big hotel, possibility to store luggage after check-out. Non smooking floor, stinks of tabacco, clearly have issues with ventilation from other rooms or smooking floors. Vegetable soup from restaurant was at best edible. Not possible to use facilities after check-out even if you vacate the room (vary unusual per our experience in aimilar standard hotels). Not all staff is fluent in english.
