グランド ホテル デ ペラ

新市街を散策するには非常に便利な場所にあります。周辺にはレストランも沢山ありますので、何の不自由もなく過ごせます。コンシェルジュの対応は親切でしたが、ベルボーイは無愛想でした。ボディソープ、シャンプー、スリッパがあり、リンスと歯ブラシはありません。 なお、予約した部屋は「Deluxe Room, Sea View」でしたが、シービューではありませんでした。正確にはリバービューです。そもそもこのホテルは海側に向いていないので、どの部屋からも海は見れません。明らかな間違いなので早く訂正して欲しいものです。

The hotel is well located but otherwise it’s terrible , nothing has been renovated since 20 years, it’s noisy, smells cigarette everywhere and aircon send you hot air . Poor service in general with soap missing in bathroom.

Gutes Hotel in einer guter Lage in Istanbul.

The location is perfect for exploring, there is plenty to do and see in the vicinity of the hotel. Oljiy on reception has been excellent with his tips for getting around to different parts of the city and was always happy to help, my experience was the same with other staff. A few things could be improved, the wifi was slow, the room was small and the gym had a damp odour, but overall it was an enjoyable stay for the price.

There’s a lot to be happy with during a stay. The location is excellent, being just off the main shopping street with lots of restaurants shops and a connection to the metro a short walk away. The rooms are slightly small but definitely sufficient, the swimming is a welcome addition to the holiday and we made Daily use of it. The breakfast is ok but we are vegetarian and so our choice is limited. The roof top view of the city and river is great. We booked 2 rooms unfortunately the AC issues in one of those rooms is the only downside, this remained unsolved during our stay. It’s definitely a causal attitude towards customer service. Would I rebook at this hotel - Yes, it’s good value for money.

Location was great. Hotel was good, service was good. However, some staff members were very rude and this hotel is not chold friendly.

Odalar fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değil, double roomlda yataklar bir kişi için bile neredeyse küçük. Personel hizmeti gayet yerinde, fakat odalar konusunda aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Bir başkası için tavsiye etmem.

It was a beautiful hotel with a great breakfast, the only issue is no parking options.

Rezervasyonu cift kişilik yaptim. Seyahatte olan arkadaşımın yetisememesi sebebiyle tek kisi kalmak zorunda kaldim. Resepsiyon tek kisimi cift kişimi kalacaksiniz diye sordu. Bende arkadas yetişir ise cift kisi kalacağız düzgün bir oda olsun dedim. 204 numarali havasiz kucuk tek kisilik bir oda tahsis etti. Otelde tesaduf konaklayan farkli arkadaslarim olduğunu gördüm. Onlarin odalarini gördüğümde daha net durumu anladim. Kahvalti oldukca zayif yeterli seviyede degildi. Yatak ve yastiklar konforlu degil oldukca rahatsiz ediciydi. Yatak carsaf vs gunluk degisim degil duzeltme yapilarak ikinci gun konaklamaya devam edildi. Fiyat performans olarak vasatin da altinda bir otel tavsiye etmeyecegim

I upgraded to a superior room. Not what we got. The rooms are small but clean. The breakfast doesn’t vary much and the buffet is small. The staff are friendly but we had a bad experience with food delivery to the hotel. As the hotel staff said to another guest “looks like they forgot the food, that means we can eat it”. Had high expectations for the trip but unfortunately not positive surprised. They did infact take my request for the birthday decorations seriously and appriciate that. The hotel is located right by İstiklal street and taksim. Overall a okey experience. Only negative is the room.

My 2 rooms were old and out dated. My rooms didn’t look anything like in the pictures. The building is not white but greyin color. None of the electrical plugs worked in the room.
