グランド ホテル グルソイ

新しい地下鉄の駅から5分もかからない。地理さえ分かれば、快適。ブルーモスクやグランドバザールも徒歩でいける。トラムの駅からも近い。ただ、地図では分かりにくい

トラム、メトロの駅にも近く、スルタンアフメットまで歩くことも可能で、どこへ行くにも便利、インドアプールもあって、対応も親切です。呼んでもらったタクシーでもメーターがない場合があるので当たり前ですがタクシーに乗るときはメーターの確認をした方がいいですね。

La chambre pourrait être plus spacieuse avec des meubles moins imposants Environnement très bruyant Éviter les chambres au 5eme car elles se situent sous le restaurant et les préparatifs de la salle débutent à 7h du matin avec des chaises déplacées dans tous les sens La piscine est certes ouverte de 7h à 23h de mémoire, mais si vous prenez une chambre standard elle est à 30€ à partir de 17h !! Et ce n’est écrit nulle part tant qu’on ne vous l’a pas dit ou que vous ne lisez pas les avis Seulement 2 points positifs : personnel sympathique et quartier très bien équipé, tout est en bas de l’hôtel

Réservation pour 5 jours 4 nuits, épuisante entre l’irrespect des gens dans les chambres qui gardaient portes ouverte avec télé à fond et des va et vient d’enfant à courir dans les couloir jusqu’à 2/3h du matin la réception n’a absolument pas réagi, ne prenez jamais de chambre au 5 ele étages car si repos tôt pour un lever tôt impossible de dormir avec le bruit des chaises du resto qui trait

缺點 1.隔音很不好，在房間可以聽到對面房間小孩的哭聲、對話聲音 2.第一天廁所衛生紙整捲是濕的，第二天客房服務後一樣是給濕的衛生紙&用過的沐浴乳 優點 1.早餐很豐盛 2.交通方便，可從機場搭地鐵轉一次車抵達；步行也可到T1線去舊城區

Room is small not as appears in the photos Receptionists are not helpful, hardly listen or look at your face WiFi off for a day and did not compensate

Location was okay a bit far from everything. In general hotel was good, breakfast was okay. I was very disappointed with the gym it's not even a gym, weights were wrapped with celotape making it very unsafe. Swimming pool was great size but the shock surprise I was only allowed to use it till 5pm and after that 100$ charge. I will complain regards to this matter as this ruined my stay and was not stated anywhere in my booking. In general hotel was good and is okay to stay in.

El hotel en general bueno, pero. Elegi el hotel por la piscina pero resulto que tiene costo el ingreso despues de las 17:00 no pude meterme por esa razon, y el costo se me hacia elevado. El AC del cuarto no es suficiente para enfriarlo

The room wasn’t as expected . I was let down . Service was very poor . I didn’t get what I paid for . It was a special visit and I was told lies after lies . I requested a nice desert didn’t even get that . Over all I wouldn’t visit again .

Very poor towels quality, poor quality and variety of breakfast choices. The rest is good.

Cons: - first night: water was dripping from the roof and had to be shifted to another room. - called for an iron on second day, didn’t recieve so we left without ironing. Called for an iron on third day and request was ignored until we rang the 3rd time absoloutley fuming. - beds are hard and uncomfortable Pillows and throws were dirty with makeup stain on it from previous guests. - mouldy dirty bathroom - aircon didn’t work properly - front desk staff tried to offer us a transfer back to the airport at a much higher price but we had already booked a taxi back for a cheaper price. - for a 4 star hotel i would expect staff to atleast help us carry our luggage to the taxi - this did not happen. Wouldn’t stay here again Pros: the views from our room

Place is an absolutely a dump. Very tiny rooms. They dont have iron stands and their irons are filthy ruined our clothes that we want it to wear for relatives wedding. I would not recommend it to no one. Most of the rooms light didnt work.

Room are small and beds are small too Me my Mrs, and my son he is 5 year old had to share one bed which was to small and we stayed there for a week but it’s looks big in pictures.Carpet was dirty.Breakfast very limited and if you want orange juice you have to pay 60TL per small glass.i will say it’s 3 star hotel.

En général j'ai apprécié mon séjour au hotel Grand Gulsoy. Ma chambre était toujours bien nettoyé. Le déjeuner avait une grande variété de légume et de fruit frais. L'emplacement de l'hotel est à proximité d'une station de métro.
