グランド ヤウス ホテル

イスタンブールへの友人との個人旅行で４泊しました。イスタンブール旧市街の中心地にほど近く、どこへ行くのもほぼ徒歩でＯＫという便利な立地です。部屋のメンテナンスも行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。朝食はビュッフェで野菜が多く満足のいくものでした。値段に比してパフォーマンスの良い宿だったと思います。

バスタブは広く長めで最高でした。予約したタイミングが良かったのか、大変割安で利用できました。坂のあるところにあるのも愛嬌です。周りにはたくさんレストランもあって選択に迷うところです。

Cleaning services was good

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days, it was a great experience. it was clean and friendly staffs. we liked the breakfast as well. One of the waiter from morning breakfast section named Oktay was very helpful.

The hotel was tired looking, the staff looked perpetually bored and unengaged, and they missed a lot of details, like restocking water in the room, picking up my laundry, etc.

The internet in the room is INCREDIBLY slow and quite worthless. In this day and age, they need to provide high speed internet in the room. Only one pillow for a twin bed. They need to provide at least two pillows per person. Room is small. I work while I travel, and the room and the lobby did not have any good place to set up a laptop to work. Staff was very nice.

My wife and I found all the staff we interacted with ( reception, breakfast room and cleaning ) very pleasant and helpful. A very convenient location to visit all the tourist attractions in and around Sultanamet.
