Family friendly, impressive and kind staff. Going Antalya - highly recommend this hotel.

Staff not helpful

This was my first time solo travelling, and I was sexually harassed, assaulted, and stalked by another guest during my stay at Holiday Inn Antalya Lara. Despite reporting this multiple times and even pointing out the individual, and despite the hotel confirming the incident through CCTV footage, the hotel refused to remove him and refused to call the police. They did not even offer to change my room, even after he discovered which floor I was staying on. Instead, staff were dismissive and kept making excuses like “we can’t do anything without management” while telling me “nothing will happen to you” and “this is a very safe hotel.” It gave the impression there is no policy to protect guests: even in cases of serious crime, you are left waiting for management to make a decision that may never come. The perpetrator remained in the hotel throughout my stay, approaching me again in front of staff, leaving me unsafe and unprotected. This not only put me in danger, but also other guests. After leaving, I contacted hotel management in writing but was ignored. I deliberately waited before posting this review to give them the chance to apologise, take responsibility and do the right thing. They did not. Guest safety is clearly not a priority here. I strongly advise against staying, especially for women travelling solo.

Temiz ulaşımı kolay Havalimanına yakın oldukça iyi bir kahvaltısı olan bir hotel. Resepsiyonda , oldukça detaylı açıklama ile güler yüzlü açıklayıcı ve sıcak ilgili bir tavırda davranışta personellerden oluşmakta.

Zimmern wurden nicht saubergemacht. Sehr alten dunklen dreckige Teppiche sind in dem Flur im Zimmern.Kompletten Hotel dringend renovierungsbedürfdig.Dıe Lage ist direkt am Flughafen, sehr sehr laut, Ansonsten sehr nettem Personal,hilfreich,

Breast and dinner

It's clean, great vibe, the meals served are pretty decent, some of the food is canned which was weird to me (a bowl of peaches right next to a bowl of canned peaches) but for the most part still really good. The staff is very very helpful. The pool is amazing! And they have a private beach which is really great. The location is a little bit far from things, a 1 hour bus ride to Old Town, 2 hour bus ride to Land of Legends. But overall a really great hotel.

Otel çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Resepsiyon Halil Bey çok ilgilendi.

The staff at Holiday Inn were all nice and helpful especially Delfin! The hotel is always kept clean.

Flott hotell med rene rom og hyggelig personale. Det var lite aktiviteter i nærområdet, spesielt for barn og voksne, men hotellet hadde et fint bassengområde som passet for alle aldre. Aktiviteter og kjøpesentre lå et stykke unna, så man må regne med å ta taxi eller buss. Maten var grei, men manglet variasjon. Totalt sett et bra opphold. Hvis jeg reiser tilbake til Antalya, vil jeg nok bo litt nærmere byen.

Girişten itibaren tüm personeller oldukça ilgiliydi, otele hızlı bir şekilde girişim sağlandı. Sabah kahvaltısı, odamın rahatlığı ve temizliği harikaydı. Otelin konumu Lara plajına sadece yürüme mesafesindeydi. Buraya yeniden geleceğime eminim.

Great place to stay, with a beautiful view to the sea. Comfortable, safe and clean. A great experience nonetheless.

Poor for a 5 star, the holiday in now try's to sell you Starbucks coffee, in stead of providing you with a real coffee, instant coffee only Provided over priced accommodation,for the service

Uçak sesinden uyunmuyor, odalar da çok küçük, plajı beş para etmez, deniz dalgalı ve pisti

Akşam yemeğini genel olarak (balık ve tatlıları özellikle) vasat bulduk. Kahvaltıyı beğendik. Odada üst kattan gelen seslere izolasyon çok zayıftı. Tuvalet, öksürük vb sesler odanın içinde gibiydi. Diğer hizmetler iyi bulduk. Teşekkürler,
