Elegant old hotel with some condition issues. AC didn't work in our room, so they moved us the next night. WiFi so spotty we gave up on it. Good hot water. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant (service and food), but the breakfast was not so good. Spa/gym was closed when we checked it. Staff was helpful but sometimes not so friendly. Great location across street from Fish Ponds, and a short walk to must see Archeological & Mosaic museums. Valet parking only, which I believe resulted in a slight scratch on our rental car rear bumper.

Amazing location in Sanliurfa with everything within walking distance. El-Ruha is across the road from the Fish Pond where I highly recommend to sit and relax and drink some Cay in the gardens. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, staff were always helpful. Our bed was comfortable, we slept very well.

Ich habe das Hotel wegen der Lage gewählt. Das Zimmer ist ok, aber die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Auf meinen Hinweis wurde gesagt, ich solle das Fenster öffnen, nachts werde es kühl. Das stimmt, leider ist es aber auch sehr (!) laut. Das Frühstück ist schlecht. Keine gute Auswahl, die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte schlecht und der Tee war gerade alle. Alles musste man sagen. Dann lieber auswärts essen. Sehr freundlich war der Parkservice.

Otel son derece temizdi, hem odanın içi hem banyosu. Oda geniş ve ferahtı. Turistik gezi için geliyorsanız konumu çok iyi balıklıgölün hemen karşısında. Açık büfe kahvaltısı da guzeldi.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und bietet geräumige Zimmer. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten zwei separate Schlafzimmer, was sehr angenehm war. Das Badezimmer war sauber, was für uns besonders wichtig war. Während des Ramadans gab es auch morgens eine Mahlzeit für die Gäste, die fasten. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Built into the hillside this hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff extremely attentive and considerate. From valet parking to a private hotel tour after the included breakfast, everything is 5 star. One of the servers offered to show us 2 cave rooms and brought our chai along. With obviously a rich heritage in the adjacent parks and museums, the hotel is a reflection of the wonderful welcoming culture of the area.

It’s in a good area walking distance to many historical places you would want to visit in the area . It’s got good food in the hotel, and great breakfast options . It’s got an authentic touch to it as the building itself is historical. I liked it . Might seem kind of expensive but it’s worth it

Balıklıgöle yakınlığından tercih ettim. Çok konforlu ve çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü.

3 arkadaş 1 odada haftasonu kaldık. Oda aile odasıydı. Oldukça büyüktü ancak çok eşya ile doluydu ve koltuklar/yataklar hiç rahat değildi. Yerdeki halılar toz kokuyordu. Odanın bakıma ve tadilata ihtiyacı vardı. Otelde alkol yok. Kahvaltı yetersiz. Daha doğal ve yöresel bir kahvaltı beklentisi içindeydik. Konumu çok iyi. Camdan Balıklıgöl manzarası çok güzel. Birkaç yıl önce heybetiyle beni etkileyen El Ruha'dan çok memnun kalmadık.

The property is beautiful but needed maintenance. Air conditioning was not adequate, bathrooms were not cleaned well, and could not figure out how to operate the TV. We had no hot water in the bathroom plus the shower head was broken. It's a shame cause it could have been a nice hotel with basic maintenance.

More like a three star property in terms of the room and facilities but on the plus side: in a prime location in town in Urfa

호텔은 좀 오래됐지만 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 바로 건너편이 fish lake, 시장과 박물관이 있고 친절합니다.

Wonderful hotel with historic theme of Urfa. The building is looking old and in need of more care and maintenance. I didn’t like the beds. They were not the quality of 5 stars at all. The mini bar was empty with only one bottles of water. My stay was in winter the room didn’t get warm enough at night.

Konumu çok iyi fakat yatagi çok kotu ve klima çok rahatsiz edici. Personeli çok iyi ve temiz bi hôtel.

Entspanntes und aufmerksames Personal. Pool in der Grotte ist sehr zu empfehlen.
