Best hotel in Ankara and room was excellent condition. Room is clean and spacious. Nice design. Also spa, gym was very nice. I used machine in the midnight but nobody was there. Restaurant is bit expensive but there were not much customer. I was very happy to stay in the hotel.

JWマリオットですので、サービスに問題はありません。しかし、周りにはショッピングモールが一つあるくらいで、ビジネス以外での利用には物足りないと思います。まあ、アルコール自体が基本NGな国ですので盛り場が市街地にあるかも不明ですが。

Clean Room, Excellent Breakfast

Overall, everything was perfect. Especially, bed in our room was excellent. I would rate breakfast as 10/10. And same rating for the kind personnel named Furkan who served our breakfast among your proffesional crew. Our only disappointment was the loud sound we had to exposed untill saturday midnight because of an event. That was an unlucky coincidence for us. But again, overall, everything was perfect. We will consider our next stay in your hotel. Best regards.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed, and everything seemed to be going perfectly at first. The room was clean and comfortable. However, we were genuinely disappointed to find that the minibar was not complimentary. After paying 14,000 TL for the room, it felt disheartening that such services weren’t included. Since we had forgotten our phone cable in the car, we requested an iPhone charger. The charger that was sent to us turned out to be a fake, and it didn’t work at all. Because it was late at night, we only realized the issue in the morning and informed the reception. Charging us 600 TL for using a 5W fake charger was shocking. At the very least, we should have been told it wasn’t an original product. Additionally, we noticed that there were no alcoholic beverages in our minibar. We only realized this when the front desk asked if we had used anything from the minibar. When we inquired, the staff told us that the alcohol was removed from the minibar for the next guest. That explanation surprised us, as we would have expected alcoholic options to be available in our room during our stay. This was our first time staying at a Marriott, and having so many issues pile up left us quite disappointed. Unfortunately, these experiences took away from what could have been a truly pleasant stay.

Oda da herşey eksik çift kişilik oda tek kişilik malzemeler,su da bile cimri davranılması, kahvaltı üst segment otellerin en kötüsü, evden getirsem bu kadar olur hiçbir emek yok çeşit yok ama ortada bir bolu ustası dolaşıyor'bir daha çok zor gidilir
