The shower in the room would not drain which meant as a family of 4 we were not able to shower on the same night as it took an hour or so for the shower to drain before the next person could go in. I personally was not able to shower for the first two days. In addition, the ventilation in the room was poor and when we woke up in the morning after the first night all we smelt was cigarette smoke. Despite making a complaint to front desk we were not offered a change of room. It took 2 days of complaining before Yasin at guest relation was able to listen to us and find us another room. He was brilliant and he is an asset to the hotel but we wish more staff had the same approach to customer relations. We were not offered our 30% spa voucher nor a room upgrade based on our Expedia tier. The rooms were not cleaned everyday and when it was we still had to call for towels as only 2 were in the room each time.The pools were amazing and the children had a great time. The 5 star rating is not a true reflection of the hotel. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast and the food in the evening were great. Enjoyed it everyday. The facilities, the beach, the swimming pools were also great. De beach didn't score high point with me. It didn't give me the feeling of being on a beach. It was too much customised. The rooms were clean. The activities were unique and it has been presented with a huge energy and enthousiasm. But the staff behind the bars near the pools were not so nice and were always looking angry. No laughing, not being friendly at all. But the overall staff in the lobby, dining room etc were great.

Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine Familienfreundlichkeit, gepflegte Anlage, saubere Umgebung, schöne Atmosphäre und ein motiviertes Animationsteam. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Lobby mit ihren Gemälden, der nahegelegene Strand, der Spa-Bereich und das türkische À-la-carte-Restaurant mit Live-Musik. Negativ aufgefallen sind Hygienemängel beim Buffet, langsamer Service im Speisesaal sowie Probleme in den Zimmern (defekte Dusche, undichte Duschkabine, Müllsäcke vor dem Balkon). Zwar wurden einige Mängel behoben, ein Zimmerwechsel erfolgte aber nicht. Fazit: Sehr gutes Hotel für Familien und Erholung, jedoch mit Verbesserungsbedarf beim Service und der Zimmerinstandhaltung.

Food, services , cleanliness were excellent. The evening entertainment was just good, not excellent.

De kamers en badkamers verouderd en versleten aanvoelen. De hygiene ver beneden ligt, met vuile badkuipen, slechte reiniging en zelfs haren op beddengoed. De algehele indruk is dat het hotel verouderd is en dringend renovatie nodig heeft.

Très déçu par mon séjour. Les chambres sont petites, mal entretenues et sales, ce qui ne donne pas envie d’y rester. Elles mériteraient un sérieux rafraîchissement. Les repas servis étaient également décevants, sans goût. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel en l’état.

Franchement c’est un Hotel qui pourrait etre excellent, cependant les animateurs vont seulement vers les Russes, et meme au service au bar c’est pareil!

Excellent service, very good accommodation for any age. Wonderful food selection. Friendly staff speak multiple languages.. and wonderful charm of Russian Kremlin. Highly recommended..

Very friendly place. Recommend to all!!! Stuff service was top notch. Place is clean. Even has stuff to do for kids and adults. Anything from water slides, to nightly performances. Some things you have to pay for. Not included in a price of the package. They use all kind of payments. From local money to visa, master card. Lots of different languages around. Stuff understand most of them. Enjoy!!!

It was our 1st time in Antalya and we chose this hotel. No regrets at all, the staff was amazing, plenty of fresh food options, drinks, entertainment every night and many more. Kids enjoyed as well. Definitely coming back.

Location is good, 20 mins from airport and 5 mins taxi ride to Lara town for shopping. Be aware that a number of stores located in the hotel lobby only accept cash. Theres tonnes of things for kids and adutlts to do. Hotel is huge and facilitles really great for adults and children. Food is good and decent variety. The only things that need to be improved is the aircon at its coldest setting on full fan speed is totally useless, which made the room unbearably hot to sleep in so we have very bad sleep during our 4 day stay. Also just note that there is a new hotel being built next to the Kremlin so you'll need to ask for a quiet room if you want some rest. The construction work is really loud and runs until midnight every day and begins again at 07:30am. We asked for a room change which was agreed by the hotel staff but it was really inconvenient as we had already unpacked all of our luggage (family of 4). Nobody on reception even asked us how our stay was when we were checking out which is the very least a guest would expect from a 5 star hotel.

My wife had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. First, she struggled to communicate with the receptionist, who had to rely on Google Translate to have a basic conversation. Then, the receptionist refused to allow her friend to enter the hotel without first paying an additional fee for adding a second person to the room. Even after the fee was paid, he insisted on keeping her friend’s passport until checkout — something we have never encountered at any other hotel. This was definitely a place we will never return to.
