Góð þjónusta og fín herbergi. Fór í heilsulindina og fékk mjög gott nudd og tyrkneskt bað á góðum kjörum. Frekar hljóðbært á milli herbergja.

Good hotel in quiet yet central neighbourhood. Both tram and metro around the corner, as well as many restaurant options. Old town and sights not far away. Rooms are fine, clean and ccomfortable with the occasional shabby corner that could do with some renovation. Beds comfortable. Breakfast a little average in quality but fine. Special mention to the staff who were extremely friendly and accomodating. One problem with the room that we had was immediately and generously solved. All in all a definite recommendation!

When we made the reservation, it was clearly stated that parking was included (50 TL per day). However, upon arrival, there was no parking available at all. The staff didn’t offer any solution or apology, and we had to use a nearby private parking lot that cost 50 EUR per day — nearly ten times more. This was very disappointing and felt misleading. The breakfast was also below expectations, with a very limited selection and poor quality. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean and the location was excellent, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, due to the parking issue and breakfast, I would not stay here again.

Everyone was excellent. The worker at the restaurant, Leyla, was amazing. The concierges, Ferhat and Abdullah, provided first class service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel with nice staff

Good day, everything works great, the staff greeted us with a gift of fruits. Many thanks for the attention and hospitality Ferhat and Halit.

Hotel très bien placé. Bon quartier,vivant , à proximité de du métro et du tramway. Le lavabo est bouché, l'eau ne s'évacue pas facilement. Le ménage est superficiel. Le petit déjeuner est limité, il faut arriver tôt le matin pour avoir du choix, ils ne renouvellent pas les plats terminés. Quant au hammam, certes l'accès est gratuit, l'eau est bien chaude et il est possible de réserver un créneau pour être seul, mais ça reste une douche bien chaude, il n'y a pas de vapeur, pas de condensation, bref le hammam ne fait pas sa fonction de hammam.

Trevligt och professionellt bemötande i receptionen. Bokar taxi så vi fick bra pris till flygplatsen. Välstädat i hotellet och vårt rum. Rummet fint möblerat och allt kändes fräscht. Fint varierat utbud på frukosten. Kock tillagar omelett live cooking. Vi kommer tillbaka

Verrassend goed. Speciale dank aan dhr Galip voor zijn hartelijke ontvangst en het aanbieden van zijn hulp Het hotel bevind zich vlakbij de Metro en vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Goed ontbijt en goed housekeeping. Bij problemen bellen naar de receptie er komt gelijk iemand naar de kamer

Bed was too hard to lie upon and too small (for 2 people). Breakfast was okay. Breakfast room was nice with its view over the city to the sea. The staff was willing and very helpful, both with information to pulic travel and organizign us the second transfer (back to the airport). The hotel is situated very close to the city centre. You can go by feet to reach a lot of the interesting places.

C'était dégueulasse, la femme de chbre ne passait jamais biens que je lui ai remis un gros pourboire , bcp de bruits autour de la chbre , les lits sont minuscules

Situation vraiment optimale , au centre de toutes les choses a voir . A deux pas du metro qui vous emmène partout , mais tout est aussi facilement accessible a pied . Personnel serviable , sympathique . Un peu déçu néanmoins car le bar de l hotel est inaccessible, hors service . On ne peut pas y prendre un verre un soir après une longue journee de visite . Il n y a pas de carte et le bar est vide . Obligé de sortir prendre un verre a l exterieur . Les chambres sont propres , la salle de bain aussi . Le linge est propre et est changé quotidiennement. Le petit déjeuner est relativement varié , mais gros point négatif sur les "jus de fruits" qui sont de vulgaires boissons chimiques horriblement sucrées et même pas fraîches. Pas un seul croissant ou petit pain au chocolat non plus . Dommage .

Saat 11e kadar temizlik onun dışında oda temizlenmez. Personel pek de kibar sayılmazdı ve arkadaşıyla konuşurmuş gibi konusmasindan hoşlanmadım. Ayrica şampuan yoktu sadece duş jeli vardi. Sabunluk kırıktı.

Everything was good,but the rooms are not good isolated.

The room was too small, there was bad smell in the corridor and the toilet was uncomfortable
