Returning to this resort for the second time felt like coming home — and incredibly, it was even better than our first stay. ５人家族なので２部屋予約しましたが、かなり離れた場所になってしまいました。
ホテル内の利用システムの説明がなく、食事時間などは表示を探して自分で確認する必要があります。
食事は決まった時間内であれば好きなだけ食べられるシステムです。飲み物はバーなどでいつでも飲めます。
空港までの送迎についてフロントで聞いたのですが、たまたま対応した女性は非常に無愛想で詳しい説明をしてもらえませんでした。しかし近くにいた警備員さんが気を利かせて詳しく説明してくれました。ちなみにシャトルバスなどはないので、個人旅行の方はタクシーを利用することをお勧めします。
街からは離れていますが、ビーチが目の前で、海でのんびりするには最高のロケーションです。

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and there are plenty of enjoyable activities. We really enjoyed our stay, and the food was delicious.
However, we noticed some differences in room service. We stayed on the 3rd floor while our friends stayed on the 7th floor, and the service quality was not the same. The room facilities were lacking, and some toiletries were missing, which is not what we expected from a 5-star hotel.

I found the property to be beautiful however I found many staff members unhappy.

Wenig essensauswahl, es gibt keinen richtigen schaafskäse, türkische Gerichte lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Kann ich nicht empfehlen für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sehr veraltet. Meine Liste ist ewig lang, die würde hier nixcht reinpassen.

Fantastic hotel with superb service. The bar staff were extremely attentive and sent over drinks a couple of times so we never had to leave our seats or card game ;-) The choice at meal times was great - especially for a vegetarian and pescatarian - which can be challenging at all-inclusive hotels.
The guest relations team and front desk were so helpful and we received an upgrade to a junior suite with a sea view upon arrival - thank you!!
I won at bingo and received lots of free gifts!!
There is as much or as little to do here as you want. I was concerned about the beach being across the road, but you go under a short walkway. It's completely safe and private, and has a waffle bar and drinks bar there too.
Food & drinks are available 24hrs. We couldn't fault the hotel & would highly recommend.

Found the hotel to be very clean ., the room was spacious and the cleaning staff were friendly and good at there job, the food was good plenty of choice and variety as always when on holiday food not hot always just warm. Entertainment staff were excellent a good variety of activities and always chatty and smiling..evening entertainment some nights better than others just wasnt on long enough. We booked a night at the italien reasturant and it was horrendous minestrone soup was tasteless and just veg in a clear liquid!! I had tagliatele that was stone vold and the filet of beef had the life bouled out of it, tasteless pannacota definatley not worth a visit and needs a total menu revamp...only negative i have is the miserable bar staff who have no idea how to make a vocktail and were quite rude at times!!

Hôtel très bien pour quelques jours. Piscine agréable, accès plage facile avec tunnel, et situation face à la mer avec une promenade très sympa le soir (nombreux bars et resto). La nourriture est correcte sans être incroyable. Les grillades sont très bonnes, mais c'est assez répétitif. Les desserts ne sont pas incroyables, mais beaucoup de fruits très bons. Très bien pour 3/4 jours, après on se lasse de la nourriture.
Côté chambre, c'est plutôt bien, confortable et propre.

Beautiful Hotel with Resort, Family Room had a beautiful view but only downside was that you can't tell the difference between economy room and standard room but they are different in size you must be very careful which room they give you the food was delicious but most days similar food the beach is very close and has a secret tunnel to travel through activities wise not much to do but i wasn't bothered about it i went for relaxing family holiday which i got and will go again InshaAllah, Food is always served regularly so
