I really enjoyed my stay here but unfortunately the food was not always fresh. A lot of the snack foods were from frozen. Filter coffee was only available in the breakfast buffet and then taken away. At the bar the nice coffees were no longer being served due to shortage of capsules. I know they are winding down for the season but a decent coffee was nowhere to be had. Apart from that the rooms were impeccable. The gardens and grounds beautiful and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel was very good, I just went at the wrong time as it was coming to the end of season in late October so some events/facilities were no longer open.

The hotels rooms have an air condition issue. Some rooms the air condition doesn’t work. Some you can change and some are cold which is very strange. The was some electrical issues where electricity turned off a couple of times and the TV didn’t work. The WiFi was good and they have an all inclusive buffet and a midnight snack. This is NOT a 5 star hotel.

Personel maaslarindan bahsediyordu. Temizlik personeli odalar icin yeterli degil odamız toz icindeydi. Personel iyi ama zamani sinirli bir suru odayi temizliyor. Yemegim bitmeden tabagimi aldilar cevap vermemi garson beklemedi

We just stayed one night. The facilities were fine, but I didn't like the room because it was extremely hot and we didn't want to open the patio doors for air as we were on the ground floor with no enclosed private area. The pillow was very uncomfortable as it was too thick and made of hot synthetic fibre. I hardly slept at all.

Wir waren als Familie mit einem Baby im Hotel und hatten uns eigentlich auf einen entspannten Urlaub gefreut. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir, dass wir bei der Ankunft ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen haben – das war eine nette Geste und das Zimmer selbst war sauber und geräumig. Leider konnten die restlichen Aspekte des Aufenthalts nicht überzeugen. Das Hotel war extrem überfüllt, sodass es fast unmöglich war, beim Essen oder am Pool einen Sitzplatz zu finden. Gerade mit einem kleinen Kind war das sehr stressig. Auch die Qualität der Speisen entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Buffet war zwar umfangreich, aber geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich und die Auswahl wiederholte sich häufig. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die Situation mit dem Sonnenschirm: Da wir mit einem Baby unterwegs waren, baten wir um einen schattigen Platz. Uns wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass man uns nicht helfen könne und wir uns selbst etwas suchen sollen – obwohl wirklich alles voll war. Das fanden wir sehr schade und nicht dem Service-Niveau entsprechend, das wir erwartet hatten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt durch die Überfüllung, das Essen und den mangelnden Service leider nicht so erholsam, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten – auch wenn das Zimmerupgrade ein kleiner Lichtblick war.

We stayed at Samara in October, hoping it would be less crowded during the off-season. However, it was still busier than we expected. As the most affordable 5-star hotel in the region, many holidaymakers ended up staying here. The hotel itself feels stuck in the 1990s in terms of décor and aesthetics, but we really enjoyed the garden space and the openness of the premises. The staff were polite and reasonably friendly (though their English could be improved). The pools were great, and the facilities were sufficient to keep you and your family entertained. Overall, the hotel ticks all the boxes required for a 5-star rating, but the quality of the facilities leaves much to be desired.

It is a great place. I highly recommended. It’s beautiful. People were very professional. Very kind I was upgraded. Our room was absolutely fantastic. We really love it. We had a good look at the pools the beach. Everything appears to be really impeccable. Everybody there was very good service. There was a lot of delicious food And people were very courteous. Unfortunately, I have planned only one night but I will come back and it will request to come to the same hotel because it was absolutely beautiful. I would like to spend a little bit more time there.

The guests at this hotel vary greatly, but overall it seems more of an older crowd is usually there. In my 2 weeks there i think my wife and I were the youngest couple by at least 3o years.

The hotel has olive trees, banana trees, palm trees, you can swim while looking at the forest & mountain because of all those things it was very relaxing. Staff were so helpful, cheerful. The sea was amazing. Going to downtown Bodrum by taxi 10-15 min. Next year definitely will come here again☺️
