３泊しましたが、ホテルのスタッフは始終ニコニコ、サービスもよく、いつでもどこでも清潔に掃除されていました。残念ながら、シーズンオフとのことで、キッズクラブはあいていませんでしたが、屋内プールやハマムで子供たちを楽しめました。ビュッフェもおいしかったです！

The room cleaning was good, the place looks nice but food is not adequate, almost same every day, beach beds not adequate, very uncomfortable, no sheds - had to pay to next door Shark club beach to stay in shed. Some entertainment staff enticed guests to go to club in Kemer on Friday night where everything was sky high expensive, guest been charged 10 times even for soda. I believe staff receive some commission to do so. Please be careful when such offer comes. Children pool is small, has one slide where everyone has to wait.

Nous avons eu un super accueil dès l’arrivée L’équipe est très sympa et très disponible Un Big up pour Malek service spa. Le parking est gratuit et les voiturier sont ultras gentils et disponibles. L’hôtel est très bien situé le plus est l’accès à la mer qui est souterrain

C’est pas si mal mais pas digne de All inclusive les boissons de mauvaise qualité manque de service en cuisine mini bar rempli une seul fois pendant 4 jours de séjour

Ganske fornøyd, eneste utfordringen kan være at ikke alle kan snakke Engelsk, men de forstår som oftest veldig fort hva du prøver å si. Maten var god, men mye av det samme. For vår del var det ingen problem.

Das es direkt am Strand war

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das Zimmer nicht sauber war. Wir haben es erst selbst reinigen müssen, bevor wir uns richtig wohlfühlen konnten. Ausblick aus dem Balkon war eine Katastrophe, der Balkon war max 0,5qm groß. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Bademantel erhielt ich ein Exemplar mit Stuhlgang flecken, was sehr unangenehm war. Leider erfolgte bei der Abgabe an der Rezeption keine Entschuldigung. Der Pool machte ebenfalls keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck, weshalb wir darauf verzichtet haben, ihn zu nutzen. Das Essen im Hotel war zwar grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch sehr eintönig, nach dem ersten Tag wusste man bereits, welche Speisen in welchen Behältern zu finden waren. Die Getränke bestanden hauptsächlich aus Sirupmischungen aus der Zapfanlage. Verglichen mit anderen Sterne Hotels sehe ich hier für mich 2-3*Sterne. Für den Preis ist das ganze für mich nicht in Ordnung.

I will be honest and comment on what I and my family have experienced. We were looking forward to a holiday at this "5 star hotel", unfortunately it was far from 5 star. we stayed 8 days in the hotel and changed 2 rooms during our stay. the room we were allocated first had a lot of noise from the bathroom and wakes up everyone in the room and the room did not have dark curtains and there was a lot of light in the room. room number 2 we got had a bad smell from the bathroom and clogged pipes from the toilet. many of us got sick and the technician closed the room. worst experience I've had on holiday abroad. the kids show is the same all the days we were there for 8 days. Mini club is sad every time I go in there the 2 times in the mini club the hotel offers for children, very boring for the children and only chairs and drawing paper and rude workers who take away color pens because they are afraid the pens will be ruined no this is far from a 5 star hotel.

I recently stayed at the Sealife Family Resort Hotel in Antalya, and my experience was mixed. Good Points: The hotel is close to the beach, the kids’ club is well-managed and keeps children entertained, and the pool and sauna were enjoyable. The food offered variety and good quality overall. Concerns: The facilities are far below the standard shown in promotional pictures. Cats are everywhere, including the dining areas—distressing for anyone allergic. I even had a cat run across my leg during a meal, causing a scene. On the 5th floor, the balcony door couldn’t be locked, which felt unsafe, especially with children. The rooms need a complete renovation. Avoid the tomato salad—I got food poisoning from it. The cart for parking plates looked unclean and poorly maintained. At the bar, the lack of order was frustrating; if you don’t push ahead, you may not get served. Finally, the children’s park isn’t open year-round, and this should be made clear on booking platforms. While there are positives, issues with cleanliness, safety, food hygiene, and service make this hotel hard to recommend, especially for families or those with allergies.

Comfortable and cozy room with everything you need. Well maintained and clean hotel.
