残念なホテル

まあ、仕方がない。 宿泊出来ただけでありがたいです。

イスタンブールのトランジットで空港周辺の無料朝食付きのホテル検索で予約。 チェックイン時、朝食の確認をすると、確認すると告げられそのまま放置で朝に。朝食に向かうとなぜか別途料金がかかると言われ、無料朝食付きの内容を説明するも，放置され予約方法を見せてやっと納得。しかし、その後にタクシーを手配を頼むと一人にも関わらず大型タクシーが到着。時間もなかったので2倍の料金を払い空港へ。 チェックイン時にもベットメイクがされておらず、トルコの旅がとてもよかっただけに、残念な気持ちになりました！これも旅の勉強ですね！

Staff is excellent friendly and generally great. Room was so-so for cleanliness and the building itself is a masterpiece of poor construction. The whole area is reasonable, good for a night in transit, but poor for tourism. All in all, you get what you pay for, but you don't pay much.

Staffs are so friendly and supportive.

War nicht sauber!

The best family friendly hotel in the area … If you have a concern or issue goto reception desk and they will take care of it right away … they have clean cozy rooms… The guys at the reception desks extremely friendly and they will do their best to make sure you are comfortable during your stay …you won’t regret staying there …

The bedroom was really dusty. Curtains and the headboard etc. When i say dusty, all you need to do is use 1 finger and touch it. I have really bad allergies so this wasnt great. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel by any means. Staff seemed nice but they offered me €25 euro taxi to the airport when it only costs €10 on uber. That would have been €50 on the way there and back. Lift doesnt fully work. Loose bits of skirting in the room that room service didnt fix but just laid back on the wall. You have to keep pressing the button or you'll be inside and the lights will go off. Overall, its a okay budget hotel and very close to the airport. If you have allergies, ask them for a deep clean. Also, the rooms are not soundproof. I could hear the people next door late at night and also the dogs/planes outside.

Every things was fine for short trip

Pillows had stain, the outlet in the bathroom was unsafe.

The staff were so lovely , from arriving to ordering me some stuff I needed and getting me to the airport I felt safe and comfortable

Odamız leş gibi sigara kokuyordu, temiz değil, yerler tozluydu.

Gerçekten çok güzel ve temiz bir oteldi. Ayriyeten işleten kişi hem çok yardımcı oldu hemde çok nazikti.

It states free shuttle and free breakfast. We were forced to pay for the shuttle 25€ as well as 7€ a person for the breakfast. Do not recommend this hotel even for a short stay

Kort ophold for at være nærmere lufthavnen IST. Langt fra alt andet. Ca 30 min fra mall of Istanbul i bil. Dejligt roligt værelse med morgenmad.

Quarto confortável, porém sujo. Instalações aceitáveis pelo preço, mas porta do banheiro não fechava, sem sabão nos dispensers, paredes sujas e serviço de quarto não arrumou a cama. 2 hóspedes e deixaram apenas uma toalha. Café da manhã gostoso e boa localização.

Receptionist was on point!! Thank you so much for your service 10/10!! See you again in the future
