Aussergewöhnlich sehr gut

I liked being directly on the beach, I spent every day of my stay going there in the mornings. Even though I didn't do any of the activities on offer, I did see that there are lots of them every day. I think this is a great place for relaxing vacation.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Gartenanlage. Tolle Strandlage! Die Speisen sind variabel und sehr lecker.

Good: The hotel has beautifully maintained gardens, a wide selection of food options catering to various tastes, and a clean, quiet lobby – all of which set a promising tone for a relaxing stay. Bad: Now, let me explain the reality behind that first impression. Service at the snack bar was truly unacceptable. Waiters couldn’t be bothered to offer us a table, even though plenty were available just behind a red rope. They simply rolled their eyes and pointed to a makeshift area not intended for dining. Another day, staff members actually followed me around to ensure I didn’t take food out of the snack bar, leaving me feeling like a thief. When I raised these issues, the guest relationship manager saw fit to lecture me on “Turkish manners.” Instead of addressing the problem, I was made to feel in the wrong. Sending a few apples and a bottle of wine is hardly an adequate response – a little genuine effort would go a long way. To make matters worse, our rooms weren’t cleaned daily, and we even ran out of toilet paper. Again, a plate of fruit and some wine were sent as a supposed “solution.” The sunbeds by the elephant pool were cleaned with bleach, but not rinsed, leaving my mum with ruined shorts covered in holes. No apology, no response – nothing. And finally, the rudeness peaked with the barmen at the beach bar, who chose to mock my request by mimicking my face and responding sarcastically in Turkish. Consistent rudeness and hostility tainted the entire experience.

Bis auf yigithan und Eray sollte das gesamte Personal ausgetauscht werden! Bin jedes Jahr 2x im Urlaub 5sterne. Dies war das schrecklichste bis jetzt. Meine Freundin kam 19 Uhr an und sagte das sie 20 Minuten an der Rezeption stand und nicht beachtet wurde. Noch schlimmer sie sprach das Personal an aber es wird klar klassifiziert zwischen Russen und allen anderen Gästen. Schlimmer noch sie musste 1 Stunde auf ihr Zimmer warten um 19uhr?! Nachdem ich am nächsten Tag angereist war, erlebte ich unglaublicher Weise einfach das selbe mit dem Personal. Vor allem die Damen an der Lobby sorgen für viele Probleme. Nachdem wir Beschwerde eingereicht hatten wurde uns ein wenig entgegen kommen. Wir haben auch ein Pavillon gemietet für einen Tag selbst was dort passierte ist nicht zu glauben. Dort Empfang uns eine Frau namens Elena die von Anfang an sehr kalt und unsympathisch war. Wir hatten unsere Karte vergessen und dann hatte sie keine Lust 5 Minuten zu warten aber ich habe gesagt doch warten sie bitte jetzt. Dann wurde sie schon unhöflich mit ihrer Gestik. Nachdem wir die Karte brachten , sagte sie sie sind die Familie xxx ? Dann wurde ich sehr sauer weshalb sie das nicht von Anfang gefragt hatte da wir schon gebucht und gezahlt hatten und da bin ich geplatzt und siehe da ab da an wurde sie dann auch auf einmal netter. Und ebenfalls bei dem Pavillons wird sich über die russischen Gäste extra nochmal mehr gekümmert! Viele Mitarbeiter bestätigten die Beschwerden von uns.

Very clean and nice accommodation with plenty for children to do. Spacious with good food selection and several restaurants. The staff is helpful and responsive. Excellent selection of swimming pools if you do not fancy the rocky beach. It was sometimes difficult to find a clean table at peak meal times and wild roosters roam the property and a mosque is near with morning prayer calls, so if you don't fancy an early wake-up call from either, then perhaps worth staying elsewhere.

Even property rated as 5 star, which really not. Maybe 15 years ago it was a 5 star, but not today. 2 times when we stayed we had power outage and that's mean no AC during heat 33C. If you expect everyone on reception can speak english, dont :) Overall personal is welcoming.

Qualità del cibo molto buona, grande scelta e varietà per tutti i gusti, tutto sempre molto fresco. Struttura ben curata, spazi comuni molto grandi e belli. giardini e piscine curate. mini club organizzato e molto bello. staff cordiale e disponibile. unico minus lo darei alla pulizia giornaliera delle camere, fatta in maniera molto grossolana.

Nice hotel, beautiful beach, good food and very friendly staff.

I did not like check-in and service was too poor.

It is an excellent resort for family gateway.

Wat problemen bij het inchecken, we moesten bijbetalen voor onze kinderen, terwijl we juist een 4 persoonkamer boeken en er van uit gaan dat worst afgerekend voor een kamer, maar dat is dus per persoon hier. maar daarna verliep alles wel goed.

This was more of a 4 star than a 5 star hotel. Very disappointing. Most of the staff spoke no English which was very hard. The beach was stony rather than sandy which nade getting in very painful. Food selection extremely poor and dinner was very short time frame which meant it was incredibly busy and difficult to find a table. Glad we werr only there for a week. Would not recommend.
