Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve kibardılar. Oteli şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Çok güzel 4 gün geçirdik. Tüm çalışanlara tekrar teşekkür ediyorum

Otel güzel ancak 908 olduğu için çok kalabalıktı. Restoranlar yemek saatlerinde inanılmaz kalabalıktı. Ayrıca otelde havuzdayken cihazimiz çalındı. Personelden durum hakkında yardım istediğimizde ilgileneceğim dendi ve akşam ilgileniyoruz diye 1 mesaj atılıp konu kapatıldı. Bu sebeple çok tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel değil müşteri kitlesi kötü. Çalışanlar en azından Restoran ve bar kismindakiler ilgili ve güler yüzlüydu

Ich war mit meinen beiden Kindern (5 und 10 Jahre) in diesem Hotel. Vom ersten Eindruck bis zum letzten Urlaubstag waren wir Rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war durch und durch hilfbereit und Gastfreundschaft erlebbar gemacht. Das Essen war hervorragend. Die Unterhaltung kam auch nicht zu kurz. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel für Familien und Paaren gleichermaßen Empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Overall, the hotel is okay, but I would consider it more of a mid-range resort rather than a luxury experience. For the price you pay, it doesn’t quite meet expectations. I feel it’s overpriced for what it actually offers. The food has a decent variety, but after a couple of days you realize it’s almost the same selection every day with only small changes. It starts to feel repetitive. The drinks were one of the biggest disappointments. Soft drinks like Coca-Cola and Sprite didn’t taste like the original versions, and the cocktails, frappes, and other beverages lacked flavor and quality. Most of them were not enjoyable. The rooms are cleaned every day, but the housekeeping is very basic. Bed sheets are not changed regularly unless you specifically ask for it, which was disappointing. One positive aspect is the staff. Some employees were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, making our stay more pleasant. Unfortunately, others seemed unfriendly and not very welcoming, so the service felt inconsistent. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, but considering the price, I expected a much better experience.

Odalar temizdi ve her gün temizlendi Otel kalabalık olmasına rağmen imkânlardan mümkün olduğunca faydalanabiliyorsunuz ancak yemek çeşidi fazla gibi görünse de pek çeşit çıkmıyor özellikle et yemekleri kısıtlı çıkıyor, personel güler yüzlü, havuz kenarındaki şezlonglar biraz kalabalık oluyor ama havuz o kadar kalabalık değil,iskeledeki barda Soner isminde barmen istediğim kokteyl harici baştan savma bir kokteyl hazırladı ve içine buz dahi koymadan kaynar vaziyette verdi sonra yaptığını söyleyince tavırlı bir şekilde tekrar hazırladı genel olarak herşey güzeldi tekrar gelir miyim Evet gelirim 👍

All of the chicken and beef dishes were of very poor quality. As someone who only eats organic meat, I could immediately tell that the meat used was low quality. During my stay, I was only able to eat the pizza, pasta, and vegetarian dishes at an all-inclusive resort that I had paid a premium for. I was extremely disappointed with the food quality. I would never return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values high-quality food while on vacation.

This is my honest review of Swandor Topkapi Palace. The hotel has good facilities, including a beach, pools, a football pitch and activities, but our experience was far below five-star standards. During the first three nights, I developed many unusual, extremely itchy bites and could barely sleep. I also found an insect on me in bed, which made us concerned about possible bed bugs. Staff initially dismissed the issue and suggested simply cleaning the room while we continued staying there. We were later moved, but were told the original room would only be cleaned and rented to other guests. Only after I insisted did they agree to inspect it. Management showed little concern and offered no solution. Service was disappointing. At check-in, we were given room cards with no explanation of the hotel, restaurants or activities. Staff were generally average, not especially welcoming or professional. On our final day, we saw employees complimenting guests and then asking for reviews, so I would take some reviews with a grain of salt. The rooms were outdated, relatively small and below the standard expected from a five-star hotel. Food selection was large, but quality was poor and repetitive. Most desserts tasted the same, overly sweet and full of syrup. Even requesting an iron was handled poorly: it arrived without an ironing board, and the employee left immediately. Good facilities, but poor rooms, food, service and handling of a serious complaint. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Temiz oda, harika ve çok seçenekli yiyecek-içecek menüsü, güleryüzlü calisanlar, otelin konumu ve sunduklariyla gercekten ilk tercih etmeniz gereken oteller arasinda. Otel yönetimine Sadece ufak bir hatirlatma spa da kaybolan ayakkabiyi bulabilirseniz göndermenizi rica edeceğim.

Sunduğu imkanlar itibariyle eşsiz bir hotel. Bir hotelden öte çok iyi planlanmış bir şehir. Yemekler çok çok çok iyi. Bir hotel yemeği gibi değil bir restorant yemeği gibi neredeyse hepsi. İçecekler de ona keza. Mini club etkinlikleri de amfitiyatrodaki yetişkin etkinlikleri de harika. Aquaparkları da çok güzel. Tek bir olumsuz eleştirim var, büyük aquaparkındaki kurallar her gün değişiyor. Bir gün 10 yaş altı alınmıyor, ertesi gün alınıyor. Bir sonraki gün bazılarına her yaş giriyor bazılarına 10+ kuralı.

Nice hotel, plenty to do. Food is good but if you have allergies or other requirements, be careful as the labelling can get moved about and serving spoons cross contaminated. Peak times and loads of queues, one day took over 20 mins to find a table at dinner. Lots of bugs so take insect repellent!

We have just spent an amazing week at Swandor Hotels & Resorts, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel was exceptionally clean at all times, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the entire resort was beautifully kept. The food was one of the highlights of our vacation. There was a fantastic variety every day, with fresh, delicious meals and something for everyone. The restaurants, bars, and all the facilities exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable. We would especially like to thank the Iranian chef who prepared the wok dishes during the evening dinners. His cooking was absolutely exceptional—the wok was by far some of the best food we had during our stay. Every meal he prepared was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. On top of his incredible talent, he was always kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about the guests. His positive attitude and warm personality made every visit a pleasure, and he truly deserves special recognition. Thank you to the entire Swandor team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, outstanding food, spotless facilities, and an unforgettable vacation.
