Bungalovlarda konaklayanlar için otel içi ulaşım zor ve yorucuydu, çok dikey yerleştirilmiş. Çevresindeki bahçe bölgesi ve merdivenler bakımsız ve çok dikti, çocukla veya yaşlı biriyle çıkmak imkansız. Odalarda bakım kiti yoktu, pamuk vs. gibi temel şeylere ulaşamıyorsunuz. Yemek çeşitleri fazlaydı akşam yemekleri lezzetliydi fakat kahvaltıda peynir, zeytin gibi ürünler kalitesiz ürünlerdi. Havuz etrafında şezlong sayısı azdı, öğleden sonra giderseniz yer bulamıyorsunuz. Otelin en güzel yani çalışanlardı çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydüler.

Just the most loveliest, friendliest hotel with beautiful aesthetics, lots of space on the beach to get away from noise, really beautiful fresh food with so many options and really fun entertainment. We didn't know it was a sport based hotel and didn't choose it for that option but it was lovely to see so many things you could do if you didn't want to sit about and just relax.. very impressed and would definitely reccomend.

We had a great time at this place. The landscape is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly, especially at the front desk. Our only issue was that we were traveling with a baby and there were stairs to get to our room. We had to carry our stroller up and down the stairs, which was very inconvenient.

We liked that the property is in a man made jungle with many trees and animals

10/10, we stayed here for 4 nights and had great time. All the staff were polite and very helpful. Our room was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the food as there was lots of variety and good quality. Beach was also great and many activities to do. Overall we had a blast and would love to return. The only thing (and this is not the resorts fault) most of the guests are Germans and they surely live up to their reputation as being cold, and unwelcoming (no smiles or hi/hello).

Amazing hotel resort on Beach with great service and great food

Location is unbeatable. Beautiful beach and sea. Rooms are very small, and food served in breakfast, lunch and dinner is very poor for Turkey standards.

Otelin yemek kalitesi ve çalışan güler yüzlülüğü çok hoşumuza gitti. Sahilde güvenliğin kaçak giriş yapmışız gibi yanımıza gelmesi ve 15 dklık bedava masajın 7 dk sürmesi dışında bir aksilik yaşamadık.

Old hotel, medium service

It was a beautiful relaxing time. The food was great, the facilities were awesome. The whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxing.

Daha önce konakladığım bir oteldi. O yüzden bilinçli olarak gittim. Doğa dostu olması, yeşilliklerin içinde kaybolmanız, aktivitelerinin olması, yemeklerinin güzel olması ve personelinin 10 üzerinden 11 olarak kibar ve kaliteli hizmet vermesi oteli ikinci kere tercih etmemde etkili oldu. İkinci konaklamam da aynı hizmet kalitesinin devam ettiğini gördüm. İlerleyen dönemlerde tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.

We stayed for 3 nights in July. The hotel was in great shape and clean. The food was delicious with many choices. The beach is best for swimming in the morning, and windsurfing in the afternoon. The pool is also clean and great. The evening events were entertaining.

Everything was OK Except one major thing; Poor customer service. I was given a room which had a problem with the air conditioning. The staff at the reception kept promising me to solve the problem or change my room, but they never did. The management of the hotel doesn’t care about the guests at all. I will never return to this hotel.

When we arrived the room was not ready, even though we had got there in time for check in. We were then made to wait for 30-40mins before given a room. Before arriving I had emailed to ask for a room with a bath tub as I was travelling with a small baby however we were given a shower room and after explaining several times they gave us a travel tub which was not suitable for our baby. Within a day of our stay there was a leak in our room which caused a huge puddle on the floor, I nearly tripped holding my baby but when I had explained this to the reception staff they did not take this seriously and one of the receptionists even laughed and said this is totally normal! Managers were not great either, we had raised the issue with them and they were not very accommodating. There is a language barrier making it extremely difficult to communicate and they failed to understand us on numerous occasions. It became quite frustrating to get our point across and in the end we just accepted that this resort isn’t what it makes out to be. The resort itself is lovely but customer service needs some work.
