Heel vriendelijk personeel. Buffet is heel uitgebreid. Verschillende activiteiten zowel voor volwassenen als voor kinderen. De kamers hebben wel een update nodig. Mehmet, 1 van de redders, was onze favoriete persoon!

Freundliches Personal, Super Essen, Cocktails leider mittelmässig (nicht immer wie sie sein müssten). Super tolle Aktivitäten( für jeden was). Die Zimmer könnten bisschen schöner sein. Sonst echt cooles Hotel.

Wirklich ein sehr tolles und modernes Hotel. 24 std Service, das Essen schmeckt super, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und versucht alles umzusetzen.

Hotel bien situé et très grande piscine.

Everything with the hotel and the staff is perfect. The food is VERY VERY GOOD. Pools are sparkling clean. Staff is friendly and professional. What I didn't like is more to do with the nature - the rocks in the water hurt very much when you kick one you didn't see - if they could just clean the beach from underwater rocks everything could be just perfect.

Otel bence oldukça iyi. Havuzu büyük, yemekleri çeşitli, gün içinde aktiviteler çok. Her an istediğinize ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Temizlik konusunda oldukça titizler. Plajı kum ve güzel ama denizi oldukça taşlı. Deniz ayakkabısı hariç girmek oldukça zor. Hele küçük çocuk falan imkansız. Kumla oynar ancak kenarda. Biz havuzda geçirdik tatilimizi öyle olunca. Havuz kalabalık değildi bayram olmasına rağmen. Şezlong bulmak hiç zor olmuyor. Alternatif oldukça fazla. Odalar temiz ve modern. Biz oldukça memnun kaldık. Tüm herkese öneriyoruz :)

Lively hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Less. Bits than 5 urs ago so food didn't cater so much for bits but was plenty of choice oice.

Sehr schöne und weitläufige Hotelanlage in einem Pinienwald gelegen. Mega freundliche Service-Mitarbeiter.

Perfect hotel . It’s a bit far from the center but the hotel has everything.

Siamo stati in questo hotel ad agosto con amici, l’hotel non è certo un 5 stelle dei nostri Italiani ma comunque molto carino e piacevole, il personale molto gentile, il trattamento all inclusive è veramente il Top si mangia e si bene senza limiti, il buffet è sempre vario e abbondante il cibo è buono,le camere sono discretamente pulite, le ragazze delle pulizie si dimenticavano spesso gli asciugamani, ma niente di grave. La scoperta è la cittadina vicino a 5 Km , Side, che è un sito archeologico quasi pari a Roma bellissimo....il centro shopping è pieno di grandi occasioni bellissimo.

Overall a very good stay and pleased with what was provided and value for money. We don't normally do all inclusive deals but this was a good first holiday with a new baby. Comments of note; - our non-smoking room was between two smoking rooms so out on the balcony or with the patio door open it meant you could smell next doors smoking - beer was never replenished in the mini bar - the beach was maybe a 6/10 - make sure you book al la carte restaurants days in advance - there is a taxi bank right outside the hotel entrance, granted the same pricing as what reception told, which is good

The extra little things that made the hotel special, unfortunately seem to have disappeared. It’s still a good hotel but not as good as it used to be.

Wi-Fi is bad. Air conditioning is very bad. The beach is dangerous and there is a sharp stone. Shows is bad.

Very relaxing stay at main building and then switched to villa room which is highly recommended if you are looking for some quite place during your stay.

We're a family of 4 and stayed in one of the Lake Houses. Big apartments with their own pool which were really nice. Food was excellent with plenty of choice Only downside was the transfer from the airport. We paid extra for a service that guaranteed no more than 4 stops that would take just over an hour. We were held at the airport and did not leave until 1am while they waited for other passengers. The minibus then made 7 stops, including a 15 minute break for the driver at a grotty road side cafe at 2.30am in the morning to try to get us to spend money. Total transfer time was 2.5 hours in the early hours with 2 tired children - a pretty awful start to the holiday! My advice would be to book a direct transfer through the hotel you are staying at.

Good hotel but not 5 stars, good location and close to the beach, food is ok , cleanness is good , good place to relax but not enough swimming pool just one swimming pool which was crowded although there was relaxing pool but small one.
