食事するのが不便

屋外に出ずに隣接したコンベンションセンター（展示会場）に出入りすることができます。楽チン。 空港-ホテル間の送迎もアレンジしてくれます。（複数人の方がお得で便利です） 高層かつ宿泊棟が2つあるせいか、部屋までの移動がやや煩雑です。 食事は館内のものくらいでしょうか・・・。 チェックアウト時間もゆとりがあり、コンベンションセンターを利用される方はお勧めです。

部屋は清潔で心地よいものでした。TVがつながったりつながらなかったりしたのが残念でした。

Excellent place if you are going to the convention center Tüyap . The room clean , the bed comfortable what o was very dissatisfied not hot water .

Il personale alla reception è il solo che merita di lavorare in questo hotel. Non è poasibile che in un 5 stelle a fianco di una fiera internazionale, il personale, tranne alla reception, non parli inglese. Ainristoranti non parlano e non capiacono, sala colazione un disastro, personale scortese e totalmente ignaro di come si parli, anche basicamente inglese, è una cosa inconcepibile e inacettabile

I travel all over the world for business and have stayed at hotels “connected“ to the convention center. This property is the worst property I’ve ever stayed at not only is it not connected to the convention center. It is old. The beds are pathetically hard and the service is as unfriendly as it could get. Maybe it is the area I am not sure but there are plenty of cabs, but nobody is driving unless they quadruple the rate they do not use a meter. It’s basically pay this or not get to where you need to go. There was NOT one hotel staff that smiled nor was friendly. They make no attempt to speak English and no hospitality training is evident they are there just doing a JOB. The room I was in was filthy, the bathroom disgusting. They moved me to a room that was occupied 😳 and the 3rd room was on a floor where it was obvious people were smoking. Had it not been mandatory that we stay there I definitely would have moved elsewhere and gotten up an extra hour earlier to sit in traffic with an ungrateful overpriced taxi driver. The reviews are in for me and my company that next year we will not stay there if we attend beauty Istanbul

The hotel is well equipped, in good condition and clean. The actual hotel stuff was very friendly and forthcoming, unfortunately, though the security guys seemed stressed and unfriendly - Possibly, Language barrier and the many foreign guests were overwhelming…

Öncelikle kahvaltı yetersizdi. Oda temizliği yetersizdi çarşaflar guzel kokmuyordu Gelip basit bir temizlik yapmışşu. Ayrıca sigara kokusu geliyordu odaya ara ara . Yiyecekler çok pahalıydı. Örneğin bir çorba bir ana yemek bir salataya 990tl oduyorsunuz. Açık büfe diye geçiyor ama tek çeşit çorba ve iki çeşit ana yemek vardi. Konaklama ücreti de yüksek ama karşılığında o performansı alamıyorsunuz.

Everything good breakfast sauna and pool are small but perfect relax .massage the best , just the suite shower was leak I hope they will repair

Hotel perfetto per chi deve visotare la fiera. Camere confortevoli e pulite, così come gli ambienti comuni. Palestra insufficiente, solo tapis roulant e qualche bilanciere. Colazione discreta. I ristoranti sono carissimi, troppo per quello che si mangia e si beve, servizio scarso.

Tüm çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Yemek lezzetleri mükemmel. Odaların fiziki koşulları güzel ve rahat. Çok memnun kaldık

This hotel is perfect if you are attending the fair at Tuyap fair center. When Mr. Tufan from the reception desk saw that I waited a bit long on the check-in que, he upgraded my reservation from standart double room to suite. He was so kind and helpful like all the other hotel crew. I’ve had a wonderful stay there. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The view and the places around with the sea and restaurants like 5 minutes driving or taxi

The stay was nice, I used the sauna and pool. The breakfast wasn't so good, I expected more. There was only 1 shower gel for two persons, that's a minus. If you visit the fair during your stay, there is a way directly from the hotel to the fair. That's a plus. But we weren't informed about it, that's a minus.

fuar katılımcıları ve ziyaretçileri için çök iyi bir seçim, çalışanlar çok ilgili. kahvaltı başarılı, alakart menü içeriği biraz zayıf

Mukemmel bir deneyim oldu. Bekledigimin cok ustunde bir konfor ve misafirperverlik buldum. Hersey mukemmeldi, sorunlar derhal gideriliyordu. Kesinlikle Buyukcekmecede baska hotel aramam.
