ヴォーグ ホテル スプリーム イスタンブール

I felt like this hotel is just 4 stars, not 5 stars. Not worth the money. Too expensive for the average facilities available at hotel. Staff just okay, typical Turkish customer service.

Everything was disappointing from hotel to staff. We knew there was something not right the minute we arrived the hotel (Hagia Sophia Old City Hotel). Hotel lobby was so dark, there were no guests even 1, only 1 staff at the reception who by the way was not at all pleasant. I asked if we could leave our baggage and checked in. He did not answer about "check in" part but he let us leave baggage. 4-5pm, we came back from strolling. There were 2 staff at the reception. Again! They were not at all pleasant and accommodating. I wonder how they got hired. Anyway, i was about to give my passport for check in when i was just told no. All rooms were closed and we'll be transferred to another near by hotel. i asked for an explanation and where was this hotel, the guy just firmly said to follow the other hotel staff and so we did. I asked repeatedly the guy assisting us on the way to the next hotel, but he just kept on saying hotel was closed again, his face was not at all pleasant and apologetic. To cut the long story short, we were transferred to other Hotel until the day we checked out no one explained what happened and apologized for the inconvenience they brought us. It was my first time to book hotel through app as their partner agency and i am so disappointed. You should have been on top of these kind of problems. You should have known and warned people beforehand.
