Jag gillade hotellets område för att var mitt i stan, resturang personalen var bra, fast jag gillade verkligen inte personalen i receptionen, som det hände på min upplevelse, att jag inte registrerat i hotellet och det fans inte mitt namn i listan som det var väldigt skrämmande , och det fanns ingen internet i hotellet så måste gästerna köpa..

Jag vart mycket trivs med altt och personalen i serveringen och baren och städ personalen min kompis vi tacka er från Ronak och jwena från Sverige

Otelin havuzu çok küçük, yemekler çok kötü, oda dışındaki temizlik çok kötü masalar yetersiz, resepsiyondaki İsmail isimli şahıs çok kaba ve küstah, kesinlikle böyle bir şahsın insanlarla muhatap olacağı bir işte calistirilmamasi gerekli, oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum!!!

We couldn't do check in, we called by phone that we are coming. We been asked don't come because there is no any reservation on your name. Unfortunately we did wait until 10 pm. After we have been sent different wasa block. Following day I asked why you didn't let us check in. He was looking me and saying nothing no even apology. No any manager or someone there to talk Very interesting experience I have had. I don't suggest food or drink to anyone. Cheapest and low quality. I couldn't drink coffee. That much bad. There is no minibar in room. Only small fridge. Inside empty.

COMPLAINT My family and I are very dissatisfied with Hotel Wasa. We had booked 4 nights from 3-7 August 2022. This is my 33rd visit to Turkey over the past 28 years. This hotel hits rock bottom! There is a rotten smell in the whole pool and dining area, possibly because there is an open waste bin without a lid, where the waiter empties food scraps and other rubbish into throughout the day. The whole area around the pool is clammy. The floors are dirty, greasy and slippery. The pool is really dirty. The water is lukewarm, hair floats around, and in the sun you can see that the water has a greasy and cloudy surface. There are 5-6 cats running around the place, also during dinner where they also jump on the chairs where you sit and eat. When there is no food, the cats sleep on the dirty tablecloths. Loud techno music was played from 16:30-22, even during dinner, very bizarre. A man who was clearly intoxicated roughed up a young child and the child's family to run into him. This resulted in an entire family of 6 getting up and leaving the restaurant. None of the staff raised an eyebrow. Completely unacceptable! Our room is run down. There are no bulbs in the lamps, the TV has a flickering channel, and there isn't even a glass of water for brushing your teeth. We will not be back, even though a wonderful manager named Faysal helped us move to another hotel. Faysal, I hope your boss pays you a good salary,

Trist hotel, uvenligt personale. Ved bespisning kunne man ikke tage selv, blev gennet videre som får. Dårligt mad med småråddent frugt, der var ikke spiritus med i alt inc. Dejlig beliggenhed, den eneste trøst. Skrev til hotellet og bad om afhentning i lufthavnen, hørte aldrig fra dem, har i mange år kigget på hotellet udefra, så hyggeligt ud, men blev sørgeligt skuffet. Der boede næsten kun russer

Not what I booked, I had to wait 35 min. To get in a room because they didn't see my reservation in their system, staff not friendly at all, everything closes much earlier than other hotels, I had to go to other hotels' bars and restaurants and I had to get everything my self : glass, remote control for the tv and everything. Never again.

The Wasa Hotel was most terrible hotel what i ever have seen. The stuff and management was very rude . Thommy his real name is Kadir and he is stuff manager. This guy is hunting al the time at women and totally weird person.

Was a very nice hotel and a very nice room. Very spacious and very clean. Location was right beside beach (3 minute walk) And right beside restaurants and migros Always had hot water and had a balcony aswell. I will say the only thing disappointing to me is the fact that you must pay for wifi in the room which is somewhat expensive considering a hotel should generally have wifi in the rooms for free just out of common courtesy especially in a resort town where lots of people may still need to do work ect while in holidays. I was given free wifi for a few days which I really appreciated alot. However the wifi connection is not the fastest I will say that. All in all I had a great experience at this hotel and I would deffinitly return again the staff was so so helpful the young lady at the front desk was always smiling and always willing to help me with anything I needed. A+ hotel for the price. (Also has a pool and bar area outside) which is very nice.

Güleryüzlü resepsiyon personeli, temizlik güzel. Yönetim kadrosu başarılı. Friendly and always helpful reception staff, cleaning was well. The management team is successful.

I stayed in this hotel two nights,but never go there. Just I can say the location of this hotel was good. Near to the beach, teleferik, cave and market. 1- Unfortunatly their staffs did not care of guests. When I arrived hotel, the reception looked for my reservation and he could not find, then he asked me to send my confirmation of hotel to their email while I was very tired it took around more than one hour to gave me a room. 2- The bedsheet was dirty andtorn fabric and there were blood stain on that. 3- The lamp of the room was broken. 4- There were not any thing even a bottle of water in the refrigerator. 5- There was not tea maker in the room. 6- In the last day when I wanted to go to bus station I requested the reception to take a taxi for me but he told me I don't have any phone of taxi service. 7- At night a group of turists sang and played instrument aloud in the hotel courtyard until after midnight and nobody of hotels staffs did not care about that, so I could not sleep at night. 8- staffs could not speak language well. I can say it was terrible to stay in this hotel.

Yatak çok kötü Mobilyalar Eski Banyo eski Çok Acil Tadilata girmeli, Fakat personel çok iyi güler yüzlü

otel konum olarak çok iyi. temizlik isterseniz her gün yapılıyor. yalnız yatakların değiştirilmesi ve klimaların sıcak için iyileştirilmesinin yapılması gerekir.

Merhaba yada gunaydin yada afiyet olsun gibi basit ama degerli kelimeler duymadik.bayan cok sogukdu bize.

Nice hotel and a very friendly and hospitable staff. You get value for money.
