チェックイン時のフロントスタッフの対応がとても酷かった。 言葉が通じないのは仕方ないが、Wi-Fiのパスワードも、朝食の時間もこっちが聞くまで言わないのは、流石にどうかと思う。出来ないなら紙に書いて渡すなりしてほしい。 他の人のコメントにもあったが、隣の屋外結婚式場の爆音が異常なまでに部屋に聞こえてくる。 それにも関わらず、別に満室になってもいないであろうに、そちらに近い側の部屋に通されたのも不快に思う。 幸い、深夜までパーティーは続かなかったので良かったが、防音対策を早急に心がけてほしい。

Havuz ve spa var diye tercih ettik ki daha iyi oteller daha ucuz olmasına rağmen ama maalesef ikiside aktif değildi en azından aktif olmadığı not düşülseydi ona göre tercih yapardık.

Property condition is fine. Clean but doesn't worth that price. Breakfast was normal, not bad, not too good.

The room itself was good and spacious with a decent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a disaster area. The hotel is clearly used by tour groups who have an early start and by 9am, the breakfast buffet had been swept almost clean of fresh food, with basics like coffee and bread having run out completely and could not be topped up. The reception staff were poor, including the rudest and most unhelpful person I have come across in my years of travelling. She not only did not provide appropriate information such as WiFi code, breakfast service, but appeared to know very little about the running of the hotel. She snatched my passport away, looked thoroughly annoyed to be asked for any kind of help and gave a very bad impression of the entire place

Very professional and helpful staff. We wanted to visit mount nemrut and they made arrangements for us very efficiently and conveniently. We loved our stay as rooms were very spacious.

Karşılama mükemmel değil güzeldi. Odalar konforluydu. Ancak yan tarafındaki düğünden dolayı geç saatlere kadar ses vardı. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

This hotel is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and well-kept! The breakfast was nice. We order room service which was delicious as well. We even used the laundry service too which was quick and more affordable than most hotels. The check in was so quick and they made everything so easy. The only 2 downsides are that the hotel is right behind/ to the side of run-down gas station. As well, it is right next to a wedding salon which plays loud music from 8 pm to 12/1 am. There is nothing the hotel can do about it though. We ended us sleeping ok but the thumping from the loud music and bass were really uncomfortable. Plus we had a 2 year old and it was a bit hard to get her to sleep 1 of the nights. If you come during the week days, then you may not have this problem.

Nice rooms but next to an open air wedding venue. Also no working WiFi, no regular check in with the wifi code and breakfast time and no baby bed available. The breakfast was mediocre but there was no baby chair available.

Very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice hotel. English is not widely spoken here so it might me a bit harder to move around but we managed to do all we needed in this area.

Herşey çok güzelken münasebetsiz bir konuk gece 3’e kadar gürültü ve bağırarak konuşmayla konaklamanızı berbat edebiliyor. Banyo temizliğine biraz daha özen lütfen. Restoranda çocuk mama sandalyesi temin edilseydi iyi olabilirdi. Lobi ve odalar yoğun sigara kokuyor.

Clean and modern room with everything you will expect. Wifi coverage was weak closer to the window (room 313)

Süperlüx bir otel beklemeyin.

Location is good. Service was amazing, staff was very helpful and kind. Only issue was the tv was shut off every 20 minutes, if you did not press a button in the remote.

Sigara içilmeyen oda rezerve ettiğim halde tül tablasından beter kokan bir odayla karşılaştım, içilmeyen odalar tadilattaymış ama öncesinde uyarılmadım... gecenin bir yarısı üst kattaki odanın tv sifon sesiyele uyandım ve saatlerce uyuuamadım. Geniş yatak iki tek kişilik yatağın bitleşinimden yapılmış gece yataklar ayrıldı ve araya düştüm defalarca yastık eski banyo havlusu yırtık ve delik banyo küveti kenarları kararmış ne diyim siz düşünün birtek kahvaltısı güzedi...

Ich war mit dem Motorrad dort. Sofort wurde mir ein gratis Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage angeboten. Da es im Hotel wie üblich in der Gegend kein Alkohol gibt, hat mir der Portier Bier organisiert. Restaurants zum Essen, sowie Geschäft gibt’s genug in der näheren Umgebung.

Excellent service and Ahmet upgraded us upon arrival as hotel was quiet due to Bayram. Rooms clean and well equipped and pool area was quiet and secluded. However pool area had no sun lounges which was annoying as we had stayed an extra day to chill by the pool. The staff tried to help but had only dining chairs and tables as a replacement which were not ideal! Please obtain some sun lounges if this is the only thing you take from my feedback?

Kızımın doğum günü için çıktığımız Adıyaman -Ş.Urfa - G.Antep gezimizin ilk durağıydı. Konum merkezi, temizlik iyi, kalite ortalamanın üzerinde idi. Gelmeden önce sürpriz oda süslemesi ve odaya doğum günü pastası istemiştik, sağ olsunlar çok ilgilendiler ve istediğimiz gibi odayı süslediler , bize güzel bir sürpriz yapma fırsatı oluşturdular, tekrar çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Was nice, clean, Friendly staff. A bit out of town. Went there to see Mount Nemrut. Amazing place the mountain.
