The space, the pool, the amenities are all amazing; however, there is an insect issue. I am waiting to see if it is in fact bedbugs but definitely something is there on the couch and in the hammock. The couch appeared dingy and I was reluctant to watch tv on it; however, I thought it would be fine based on the reviews; however, I have bites, yes 3 in a row, on my legs, shoulders, and chest in spite of wearing long sleeves. I felt itchy but I blew it off as the fabric, do not blow it off. Overall, it was a nice stay until I noticed the itching from the sofa and the bites.

Neptune Villas was an amazing place to stay in Turks and Caicos. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the whole area feels peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Our villa had its own little pool, which was a great spot to relax after being out in the sun. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook, and the extra amenities made our beach days so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a place I’d happily return to.

We had a great time here. Lovely location. It was close to beaches, right next to Chalk Sound (which is beautiful) and Sapodilla Hill. Make sure you take the boat ride offered here. It was so much fun and worth the price. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. We would definitely visit again.

Clean room , nice staff , beautiful views and great food

Used the free kayak to paddle across Chalk Sound to see the sunken plane. Taylor Beach is beautiful and its a short drive from all the craziness of the tourists. My Hatian friends at the bar and restaurant made everything more fun!

Staff, location and cleanliness was amazing. Decor/ furniture in the villas need a little updating. All in all beautiful property! Rachel the owner really knows what she is doing!!

Villas are spacious and very fonctional.. it’s clean the kitchen is well equipped. It’s well located with a restaurant/ bar with a beautiful view on the spot. You have free access to the kayak and stand up paddle for the lagune. You are away from the main beach (Grace Bay). You have two beaches close by. Taylor Beach is the nicest and the water is extremely calm and you can walk far without the water getting deep.

The villa was spacious, clean, with perfect amenities. We never saw housekeeping until checkout. The beaches on the property needed some tending and clean up. Some broken equipment and trash needlessly laying around. Otherwise a very peaceful and lovely experience. Sapodilla bay beach conveniently located across the street but traded proximity/direct beach access with comfort, space, and convenience. Overall loved our stay here.

Our villa was very spacious and quiet. The wraparound deck had lots of seating and a great view. Everything we had at the restaurant on the property was delicious and it was a short walk to beautiful Sapodilla beach.

The owner and her staff made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. The accommodations were perfect. Food in the Las Brisas restaurant was the BEST! We will return for sure.

The restaurant Las Brisas right there at the Villas was amazing. It was so nice to have a restaurant that close. The area was beautiful right on Chalk Sound. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean, nice and tje restaurant was very good.

We rented the 2 bedroom vllla. The views from our deck were incredible. We spent a lot of time on that deck in the hammock. It was very spacious, clean, and a very nice villa. We ate at the restaurant Las Brisas a couple times. It’s a very popular spot for locals too.
