We love Royal West Indies, especially for the price!

I love the property as a whole the staff was excellent the restaurant on our resort had very good wings. My husband got some more before we left. Everything and everybody was on hand. Like royalty lol Only thing i didnt like was the bedsheets had a little smell that I didnt like. It smelled bad. I had them changed but then i found out it was the decorated pillows that was on the bed. Git rid of them . Other than that it was perfect

The resort was quiet, relaxing, with beautiful tropical grounds, gorgeous pools and was right on the beach.

Beautiful location, easy beach access, the restaurant staff and food was wonderful. Loved the happy hour for drinks. Close to store to either walk or ride bikes. Only downfall was the dryer in the room was very loud and unusable. Bed was comfortable. Stayed on ground level. Separate pool for adults was nice as well. Otherwise, I would definitely stay at this location again.

RWI is great resort with clean rooms, gardens, Happy Hour and beach. Grocery store and other eateries are walkable in 20 mins or less.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. The beach at Grace Bay was perfect with the chairs and umbrellas always readily available. The staff was so kind when they welcomed us, especially Kenro, who showed us to our room and brought up our luggage. We enjoyed the restaurant very much, especially daily happy hour and Sunday evening live music. Also love the fact that they have bicycles available for free use! We would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the West Indies resort. The property itself was absolutely beautiful and quiet which I loved. I went in September, which was the off-season so I was able to really relax. The property was very clean and safe. I didn’t know that the restaurant on the property was also open to the public, but I didn’t seem to cause too many extra people to be on the property. All of the staff were very very kind. I had the botanical view and it was absolutely beautiful waking up to the garden every morning. There were just a few upgrades that they could made in the room which would be a new refrigerator because it was a little noisy. I would definitely stay again. Thank you

Beautiful resort, warm and friendly staff, right on a stunning beach. Highly recommended.

This place is 5/5 stars but on the last night at the resort, I encounter the only staff person I have come across that was not professional and friendly. The beach is lovely, the food is delicious. The bar drinks are probably the best I had while I was there. The workers like Sherman and Kendro were phenomenal. The check-in process was so simple and flawless. The ladies at the desk are very nice and helpful for getting around the island and getting a cab for you. I had my own private driver and therefore I didn’t really need them. I love the lady who kept coming to clean the room daily. She’s so sweet and kind and does awe’re phenomenal. The check-in process was so simple and flawless. This place is top-tier. I will be coming back. But I did have a bad experience at the bar. I always go to the restaurant and had a phenomenal experience except for one time when I ordered two desserts after having dinner and the server, a female, bought two of the same desserts to the table. I clearly mentioned that I wanted a cheesecake and she argued with me for over two minutes and I saw her talking about it with others. Bad attitude.

The beach is amazing. Friendly staff, clean as well. So beautiful, truly paradise.
